บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน 2) หาแนวทางในการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนให้เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน 3) ติดตาผลของการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนให้เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนบ้านท่าหนองพันทา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองคาย เขต 2 โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การวางแผน (Planning) การปฏิบัติการ (Action) การสังเกตการณ์(Observation) และการสะท้อนกลับ (Refection) ซึ่งดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือกลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยจำนวน 8 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้วิจัย 1 คน และครูผู้สอน 7 คน และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 74 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบบันทึกการประชุมครู แบบบันทึกการสังเกตพฤติกรรมแบบสอบถามแบบสัมภาษณ์โครงการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อผลการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนบ้านท่าหนองพันทาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองคาย เขต 2 พบว่า
1.1 ด้านสภาพ พบว่าโรงเรียนมีแหล่งเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ ห้องสมุด ห้องคอมพิวเตอร์ ห้องพยาบาล และแหล่งเรียนรู้การเกษตรเป็นต้น การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนและแหล่งเรียนรู้ยัง
ไม่เหมาะสม ขาดการดูแลเอาใจใส่ มีสภาพไม่น่าเรียนขาดสื่ออุปกรณ์ และมีสภาพไม่เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้
1.2 ด้านปัญหา พบว่า การบริหารและการจัดการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ยังขาดประสิทธิภาพ เนื่องจากงบประมาณไม่เพียงพอ ครูที่รับผิดชอบมีภาระการสอนมากจึงไม่มีเวลาดูแลรับผิดชอบแหล่งเรียนรู้แต่ละแห่งอย่างเต็มที่ ขาดกิจกรรมที่ดึงดูดความสนใจในการเข้าไปใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ และขาดการนิเทศติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทำให้ครูและนักเรียนไปใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้น้อย
2. แนวทางในการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนให้เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนซึ่งประกอบด้วยการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการการดำเนินการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ และการนิเทศติดตามซึ่งการนิเทศ ติดตามในวงรอบที่ 1 เป็นการให้ความช่วยเหลือแนะนำส่วนในวงรอบที่ 2 เป็นแบบให้คำชี้แนะ
3. ผลการติดตามการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนให้เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนบ้านท่าหนองพันทา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองคาย เขต 2 พบว่า
3.1 ครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้เพิ่มขึ้นทราบแนวทางในการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนและครูทุกคนสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่ตนเองรับผิดชอบได้ดียิ่งขึ้นการดำเนินการด้านพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ พบว่า มีการดำเนินการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนโดยปรับเปลี่ยนการบริหารจัดการ ระบบดูแล และสภาพแวดล้อมแต่ละแห่งในดีขึ้น จากการประเมินของคณะกรรมการการนิเทศ ติดตามโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและผู้ใช้บริการมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีสถิติในการเข้ามาใช้บริการแหล่งเรียนรู้เพิ่มมากขึ้นทุกแหล่งเรียนรู้เช่นกัน
3.2 การดำเนินด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้  พบว่า มีการดำเนินการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนโดยปรับเปลี่ยนการบริหารจัดการ ระบบดูแล และสภาพแวดล้อมแต่ละแห่งในดีขึ้น จากการประเมินของคณะกรรมการการนิเทศ ติดตามโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและผู้ใช้บริการมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีสถิติในการเข้ามาใช้บริการแหล่งเรียนรู้เพิ่มมากขึ้นทุกแหล่งเรียนรู้เช่นกัน

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate the current states and problems of the school learning resources, 2) to find out guidelines in developing the learning resources in the school conducive to learning management in the school, and 3) to monitor development of the learning resources to facilitate the learning proves at Ban Thanongpanta School. Participatory action research (PAR) id 2 spirals with 4 phases: planning, action Observation and reflection was employed. The target group consisted of the Researcher, 7co-researchers and 74 respondents. The instruments used in this Study were a form of teacher meeting minutes, a form of observation, a form Of interview, a questionnaire on the project of improvement and development Of the learning resources in the school, a questionnaire on satisfaction toward Effects of the learning resource development developed by the researcher. Percentage, mean and standard deviation were applied to analyze data.
The findings of this study were as follows:
1. The current states and problems of the school learning resource Management at the school could be concluded that:
1.1 On states, it was found that the learning resources in the School included a library, a computer room, a room of first aid and an agricultural Leaning resources etc. The application of the school environment and learning Resources were not appropriate. The school faced a lack of paying attention. A lack of instructional materials also existed. In addition, the conditions were not conducive to the learning management.
1.2 Regarding problems, it was determined that the Administration and management of the learning resources was inefficient. The teachers in charge of the leaning resources carried heavy teaching loads. They did not have enough time to spend for taking care of the leaning Resources mentioned at their full capacity. The uninteresting activities to Attract the students to use the leaning resources did not work. Moreover, A lack of continuous supervision made both teachers and students come to use The learning resources less.
2. The guidelines in developing the resources conducive to Learning management at the school were composed of a workshop, an Application of the leaning resource management as well as monitoring Supervision. In terms of monitoring supervision, assistance and advice were Used in the first spiral. In the second spiral, coaching supervision was applied.
3. The results of the school learning resource development conducive to The learning management showed that:
3.1 In case of the application of the learning resources, it was found that the teachers gained a better understanding on development of the learning resources as well as guidelines in the development All teachers could apply knowledge to develop their own existing leaning resources.
3.2 The implementation of the learning resource development was Done by modification of management, care system as well as environment. The Evaluation of the monitoring supervision committee was at the high level. The Customers/users of the services provided gained satisfaction at the high level. The Statistics concerning the use of the learning resource become higher in every learning Resource eventually.
