บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์ หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ และแนวทางในการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 264 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 44 คน และครูผู้สอน 220 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.479 - 0.880 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.984 และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.829 - 0.989 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.940 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน อยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน จำแนกตาม สถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และสถานศึกษาจำแนกตามอำเภอโรงเรียน มีความแตกต่างกัน 4. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนจำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน มีความแตกต่างกัน 5. ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (rxy = 0.978) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 6. ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล ที่มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ด้านทักษะการบริหารจัดการองค์การทั้งระบบ ด้านทักษะพลเมืองดิจิทัลและความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ด้านทักษะภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยี และด้านการคิดสร้างสรรค์และการคิดเชองนวัตกรรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 7. แนวทางการยกระดับทักษะของผุ้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ มีจำนวน 4 ด้าน จากทั้งหมด 4 ด้าน คือ ทักษะด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยี ทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการองค์การทั้งระบบ ทักษะการคิดอย่างสร้างสรรค์และมีการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรม และทักษะด้านพลเมืองดิจิทัลและความฉลาดทางสังคม

Abstract

The purpose(s) of this research were to study, compare, find the relationship. find prophetic power and guidelines for developing school administrators' skills in the digital age that affect the effectiveness of school administration to expand educational opportunities. Under the Buengkan Primary Educational Service Area Office The sample used in the research It consists of 264 school administrators and teachers in the academic year 2022, divided into 44 school administrators and 220 teachers. research tools It is a questionnaire and interview form. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. multi-step randomization method The research tools were questionnaires and interviews. Executive Transformative Leadership Questionnaire. There was a discriminatory power between 0.479 - 0.880 with a confidence value of 0.984 and a questionnaire about teachers' performance in schools. The discriminant power was between 0.829 - 0.989 with a confidence value of 0.940. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation. t-test statistics one - way analysis of variance Pearson's simple correlation coefficient. and stepwise multiple regression analysis.  The findings were as follows: 1. This study explores strategies for elevating the skill set of educational administrators in the digital age, which impacts the management of schools to expand educational opportunities. The study focuses on four key dimensions out of a total of four, namely, leadership skills with a technological orientation, skills in managing organizational systems comprehensively, creative and innovative thinking skills, and skills related to digital citizenship and social intelligence.
