บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ ความสัมพันธ์และแนวทางการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนมตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่งและขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 339 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 51 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 288 คน จากจำนวน 51 โรงเรียน วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi - Stage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ คุณภาพของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ มีอำนาจจำแนก อยู่ระหว่าง .469 - .894 และมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .980 และระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารทั่วไป มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก อยู่ระหว่าง .572 - .868 และมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .989 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - Way ANOVA) การทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของ Scheffe’s method และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient)  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การทำงานเป็นทีมและประสิทธิผลการบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. การทำงานเป็นทีมในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง และขนาดโรงเรียนที่แตกต่างกัน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนมตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง และขนาดโรงเรียนที่แตกต่างกัน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. การทำงานเป็นทีมโดยรวมกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r xy= 0.832**) 5. แนวทางการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารทั่วไปในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม ด้านที่มีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการทำงานเป็นทีมที่มีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับสูงกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม มี 5 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการสื่อสารอย่างเปิดเผยระหว่างทีมงาน 2) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของทีมงาน 3) ด้านการกำหนดเป้าหมายของทีมงาน 4) ด้านการไว้วางใจซึ่งกันและกันระหว่างทีมงาน 5) ด้านการยอมรับนับถือซึ่งกันและกันของทีมงาน

Abstract

This research aims to study, compare relationship and development teamwork approach and general administrative effectiveness of school under secondary educational service area office Nakhon Phanom, according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers classified by position and school size. The sample group used in the research was 339 people of school administrators and teachers in the academic year 2022, divided into 51 school administrators and 288 teachers from 51 schools by multi - stage random sampling. The research tools were questionnaires and interviews. The quality of the whole questionnaire has the discrimination between .469 - .894. and the reliability was .980 and the level of general administrative effectiveness has discrimination power between .572 - .868 and the reliability was.989. The data collection of the study was collected by a 5 - level rating scale questionnaire, Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and one - way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA), Paired Samples T - Test by Scheffe's method and correlation coefficient by Pearson (Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient)  The result of study indicated that 1. Teamwork and general administrative effectiveness of school under secondary educational service area office Nakhon Phanom according to the opinions of administrators and teachers, overall was at a high level. and each aspect was at a high level in all aspects 2. Working in teamwork in school under secondary educational service area office Nakhon Phanom according to the opinions of administrators and teachers classified by position and the different of school size found that overall and each aspect is different. The statistically significant at the level.01 3. General administrative effectiveness of school under secondary educational service area office Nakhon Phanom, according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers classified by position and the different of school size found that overall and each aspect is different. The statistically significant at the level.01 4. Overall teamwork and general administrative effectiveness of school has a positive relationship. The statistically significant at the level.01 with correlation coefficient (rxy = 0.832**)  5. Development guidelines of working in teamwork and general administrative effectiveness of school under secondary educational service area office Nakhon Phanom, there are 5 aspects with high level of correlation between teamwork and general administrative effectiveness of school under secondary educational service area office Nakhon Phanom such as 1) Expose communicate between team 2) Participation of team 3) Determination destination of team 4) Trust in each other between team 5) Mutual respect of team
