บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็น 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดขอนแก่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาจำนวน 20 คน และครู จำนวน 225 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 245 คน ในปีการศึกษา 2565 ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Random Sampling) โดยวิธีการจับฉลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ มีระดับค่า IOC (Index of item objective congruence)  อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67 – 1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค (Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient) = 0.97 และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ค่าความต้องการจำเป็น (Priority Needs Index: PNI) และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) โดยการสัมภาษณ์ (Interview) แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi - structured Interview) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการพัฒนาการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดขอนแก่นโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 3.80) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (  = 4.85) และความต้องการจำเป็นโดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย PNImodified เท่ากับ 0.27 2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดขอนแก่น มีทั้งหมด 5 แนวทาง และมี 12 ตัวชี้วัด

Abstract

This research purposed to study: 1) the current states, desirable states and priority needs, and 2) the guidelines in developing the student support system development of the schools under Khon Kaen Province Vocational Education. The samples included 20 educational institute administrators and 225 teachers, totally 245 cases, in the year 2022, using the simple random sampling (Quantitative Research) with the lottery technique. The research instrument covered the five - rating scaled questionnaires with the index of item objective congruence: IOC value between 0.67 – 1.00 and the reliability value of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient valued 0.97. The statistics for data analyzing contained the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, the priority needs index: PNI, and the qualitative research covered in content analysis by semi-structured interviewing. The research findings revealed that: 1. The results from studying the current states of developing the student support system development of the school under Khon Kaen Vocational Education appeared in overall at the much level (  = 3.80), the desirable states in overall at the most level (  = 4.85), and the priority needs in overall at the PNI mean score equaled 0.27. 2. The study results of the guidelines in developing the student support system administration of the schools under Khon Kaen Province Vocational Education contained overall 5 guidelines with 12 indicators
