บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของรูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน 2) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน 3) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน และ 4) ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน การวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนใช้แบบประเมินความต้องการจำเป็น ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบโดยการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากเอกสารและสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญยกร่างและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบประเมินรูปแบบ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ทดลองใช้รูปแบบกับครู 8 คน และนักเรียนชั้น ป. 1 - 6 จำนวน 100 คน และ ขั้นตอนที่ 4 ประเมินรูปแบบโดยครู 8 คน สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. รูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน มี 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) หลักการ 2) จุดประสงค์ 3) กลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 5 กลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ กลยุทธ์ที่ 1 การพัฒนาคุณภาพวิชาการ กลยุทธ์ที่ 2 การพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน กลยุทธ์ที่ 3 การพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา กลยุทธ์ที่ 4 การพัฒนาสื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ กลยุทธ์ที่ 5 การสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาและ 4) ผลลัพธ์จากการพัฒนา ได้แก่ ผลลัพธ์ตรง คือ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 4 กลุ่มสาระฯ ผลลัพธ์ตาม คือ ผลการพัฒนาตามกลยุทธ์ 5 กลยุทธ์ พบว่า รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านโนนศิลา พบว่า นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนโดยรวมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 71.33 สูงกว่าเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ 4. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมมีความเป็นไปได้ ความเหมาะสม และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

The aims of this research were: 1) to study the needs and necessities of development model of strategic management achievement for students at Bannoosila school. 2) to develop a model strategic management achievement for students Bannonsila school. 3) experiment the development model of strategic management achievement for students Bannonsila a school. 4) assessing development model strategic management achievement for students Bannonsila school. It was carried out in 3 steps: steps 1 study the needs and necessities of development model strategic management achievement for students Bannonsila school by using the needs assessment. Step 2 develop a model strategic management achievement for students Bannonsila school by study and analyze the content of documents and interview experts draft and check the suitability and feasibility of model by experts. The tools used in the research were the interview form and the model assessment from Step 3 The model was tested by 8 teachers and educational personnel and 80 students in grades 1 - 6, and Step 4 evaluated the model by 8 teachers and assessment personnel. The statistics used was Mean ( ) and standard deviation (S.D.) The results of the study were as follows: 1. The results of a study of the needs and necessities of development model of strategic management achievement for students found that the overall level was at the highest level. 2. The model of strategic management achievement for students compressed of 4 components: principles, objectives, and 5 strategies for improving learning achievement: strategy 1) academic quality development, strategy 2) learner quality development, strategy 3) teacher and educational personnel development strategy 4) media and education development learning resources strategic 5) building community engagement in educational management and the results from development was: Output was the learning achievement of 4 groups of learning subjects, Outcome was the result of development according to all 5 strategies and found that the model was appropriate and the possibility was at a high level 3. The results of the experiment on using the strategic management model to improve the students' learning achievements found that the students overall achievement scores were 71.33 higher than the target set. 4. The results the assessment of the strategic management model to improve the learning achievement of the students found that overall it was possible. The suitability and usefulness at a high level.
