บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา และหาความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำแบบบูรณาการของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ข้าราชการครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี ประจำปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 317 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำแบบบูรณาการ และการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67 – 1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.599 - 0.954 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.997 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ตามแนวคิดของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product - Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำแบบบูรณาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรีในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำแบบบูรณาการของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (rxy=0.932**) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติอยู่ที่ระดับ .01

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to investigate and determine the relationship Integrated Leadership of Administrators with Administration of Academic in Schools under the Office of Nonthaburi Secondary Education. The sample is teachers under the Office of Nonthaburi Secondary Education in the academic year 2021, yielding a total  of 317 participants. The instruments for data collection were two sets of 5 - level rating scale questionnaires: a set of questionnaires examining Integrated Leadership of Administrators, and a set of questionnaires examining Administration of Academic in Schools, the validity of between 0.6 - 1, the discrimination of between 0.599 - 0.954, the reliability of 0.997. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The findings were as follows: 1. Integrated Leadership of Administrators under the Office of Nonthaburi Secondary Education was overall at a high level. 2. Administration of Academic in Schools under the Office of Nonthaburi Secondary Education was overall at a high level. 3. Integrated Leadership of Administrators was correlated positively Administration of Academic in Schools, were overall at a highest level (r_xy = 0.932).
