บทคัดย่อ

การประเมินโครงการพัฒนาอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านคอพรุมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมิน 1) ด้านบริบท 2) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า 3) ด้านกระบวนการ และ 4) ด้านผลผลิต ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนชั้น ป. 3 - 6 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 44 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบประเมินโครงการ จำนวน 5 ชุด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์การประเมิน ผลการประเมินโครงการ พบว่า 1. ผลการประเมินด้านบริบท พบว่า โดยรวมมีความต้องการจำเป็นและความสอดคล้องอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน 2. ผลการประเมินด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า พบว่า โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน 3. ผลการประเมินด้านกระบวนการ พบว่า โดยรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน 4. ผลการประเมินด้านผลผลิต สรุป ดังนี้ 4.1 การพัฒนาอาคารสถานที่ มี 3 กิจกรรม  ได้แก่ 1) ป้ายประตูสวยอาคารเรียนปลอดภัย 2) ปูพื้นหน้าอาคารเรียนเด็กเพียรจิตศึกษา 3) ส้วมสุขสันต์เสริมอาคารสุขใส 4.2 การพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อม มี 3 กิจกรรม ได้แก่ 1) รอบรั้วสวยงามภูมิทัศน์สดใส 2) จัดการขยะไม่สวย 3) ต้นไม้ในโรงเรียนพูดได้ 4.3 การพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ มี 3 กิจกรรม ได้แก่ 1) ห้องสมุดมีชีวิตศิษย์รักการอ่าน 2) ปลูกพืชสมุนไพรใส่ใจสุขภาพ 3) ปุ๋ยชีวภาพเพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิต 4.4 ความพึงพอใจต่อการดำเนินโครงการ พบว่า ครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ผู้ปกครอง และนักเรียน โดยรวมมีความพึงพออยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

Evaluation of project develop buildings and environments that are conducive to student learning Bankorpru school the assessment with the objectives of the project assessment to 1) assess the context of the project 2) assess the suitability of inputs (input) of the project 3) evaluate the implementation process. The project work (Process) 4) to evaluate the project productivity (Product) The target group used in the assessment consisted of teachers and personnel, school committees, Grade 3 - 6 students include contributors 44 peoples. The data were 5 questionnaires. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, and S.D. and compare with the assessment criteria  The results of the research were as follows 1. The results of the contextual assessment found that, overall, the needs, necessities and consistency were at the highest level in all aspects. Sorted in descending order, namely, needs and needs. in accordance with the project objectives and in accordance with the policy of the parent agency. 2. The results of the assessment of inputs found that overall, they were at the most appropriate level in all aspects. sorted in descending order: location, personnel, management materials and learning materials getting community support and allocated budgets.  3. The results of the process evaluation revealed that the overall practice was at the highest level in all aspects. In descending order, the improvements are optimized, operations, planning, and monitoring.  4. The results of the productivity assessment are summarized as follows:  4.1 premises development has 3 activities, namely 1) beautiful door signs for safe school buildings 2) flooring in front of the peen chit Suksa School Building 3) Happy toilets complement the Suksai building 4.2 environment Development There are 3 activities, namely 1) beautiful surrounding fence, bright landscape 2) unattractive waste management 3) trees in the school can talk. 4.3 development of learning resources consisted of 3 activities: 1) a library with students' love for reading 2) planting medicinal plants for health and 3) bio-fertilizers to increase quality of life 4.4 satisfaction with the project implementation found that teachers, basic education committees, parents and students overall had the highest level of satisfaction.
