บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาค้นคว้านี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการและปัญหาการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสบป่อง - ถ้ำลอด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในแก้ไขปัญหาการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสบป่อง - ถ้ำลอด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 1 ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ โรงเรียนของขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสบป่อง – ถ้ำลอดของสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 1 จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 3 คน รองผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 3 คน ครูผู้สอนจำนวน 73 คน รวมจำนวน 79 คน และกลุ่มเป้าหมายการสัมภาษณ์จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามลักษณะมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการดำเนินงานดำเนินงานของการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสบป่อง - ถ้ำลอด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 1 พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันการดำเนินงานของการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (μ = 3.89, σ = 0.57) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านโดยเรียงจากค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยไปมาก สองลำดับสุดท้ายพบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาครู มีการดำเนินการน้อยที่สุด (μ = 3.83, σ= 0.68) รองลงมา คือด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน (μ = 3.84, σ = 0.59) ส่วนด้านที่มีการดำเนินการมากที่สุด คือ การเรียนการสอน (μ = 4.00, σ = 0.71) ส่วนปัญหาการดำเนินงานโดยรวมอยู่ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย (μ = 2.05, σ = 0.50) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านโดยเรียงจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปน้อยสองลำดับแรกพบว่า ด้านการบริหารจัดการในโรงเรียน มีปัญหามากที่สุด (μ = 2.07, σ = 0.44) รองลงมา คือด้านการพัฒนาครู (μ = 2.05, σ = 0.62) ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านที่มีปัญหาน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการเรียนการสอน (μ = 2.02, σ = 0.60) 2. แนวทางในแก้ไขปัญหาการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสบป่อง - ถ้ำลอด สามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ครูผู้รับผิดชอบจะต้องมีการค้นคว้าการพัฒนาด้านวิชาการบนระบบเครือข่ายให้ทันสมัย มีฐานเก็บข้อมูลที่ดีทั้งชนิดออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ ซึ่งจะต้องสามารถเลือกใช้ได้ทันที 2) ควรใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การจัดอบรมพัฒนาครูในด้านนี้ ซึ่งจะช่วยลดปัญหาต่าง ๆ ลงได้ และเลือกผู้รับผิดชอบที่เหมาะสมกับงาน 3) ผู้บริหารจะต้องให้ความสำคัญเน้นให้ครูผู้สอนตระหนักถึงการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัล ให้เกิดประโยชน์ซึ่งครูทุกคนต่างก็มีความพร้อมในด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์อยู่แล้วเพียงแค่ให้ความสำคัญเท่านั้นเอง

Abstract

This research Objectives: 1) to study the management and information technology management problems           of educational institutes in the digital age of educational opportunity expansion schools in Soppong - TamLod Educational Quality Development Network Center; under the Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) to study ways to solve information technology management problems of educational institutions in the digital age of expanding educational opportunities schools In the Soppong - ThamLot Educational Quality Development Network Center under the Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the population studied were the schools of educational opportunity extension in the Soppong - ThamLot Educational Quality Development Network under the district office. Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Area, Region 1, 3 schools. 3 school administrators, 3 deputy school administrators, 73 teachers, a total of 79 people, and the target group. Interviews with 5 people. The tools used in this research were a 5 - point estimation scale and a structured interview. Statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation.  The research result revealed that 1. Current conditions and problems in the implementation of information technology management of Educational institutions in the digital age of the school expand opportunities in the Soppong - ThamLod Educational Quality Development Network Center. Under the Office of Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area, Region 1, it was found that the current state of operation of information technology management of educational institutions in the digital age of schools expands opportunities.
