บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาครูสำหรับการพัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ขั้นสูงของโรงเรียนบ้านลาดวิทยาจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ประกอบด้วย 1) การวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อม 2) การสร้างกลยุทธ์ 3) การนำกลยุทธ์ไปปฏิบัติ และ 4) การควบคุมและประเมินผลกลยุทธ์ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ครูวิทยาศาสตร์ จำนวน 6 คน และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 จำนวน 79 คน โรงเรียนบ้านลาดวิทยา ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 เลือกโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อม แบบทดสอบ แบบประเมินการจัดการเรียนรู้ และแบบบันทึกการประชุม สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน นอนพาราเมตริก และค่าที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อม ด้วย SWOT Matrix พบว่า จุดเด่นและโอกาสมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูง 2. การสร้างกลยุทธ์ ได้แผนกลยุทธ์ที่ประกอบด้วย วิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ เป้าหมาย กลยุทธ์เชิงรุก และโครงการ 3. การนำกลยุทธ์ไปปฏิบัติ ประกอบด้วย 4 กลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ กลยุทธ์การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ กลยุทธ์การนิเทศ กลยุทธ์การสร้างเครือข่าย และกลยุทธ์การถ่ายทอด โดยดำเนินการ 5 โครงการ ได้แก่ โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการวิทยาศาสตร์ขั้นสูง โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะ โครงการการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้ โครงการระดมสมอง และโครงการสอนเสริม 4. การควบคุมและประเมินผลกลยุทธ์ พบว่า 1) ครูมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนและหลังการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยรวมและจำแนกรายทักษะแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และครูมีการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะ (5Es) คะแนนเฉลี่ยการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้ การระดมสมองสำหรับเตรียมการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำแนกรายโครงการสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 2) นักเรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนและหลังการดำเนินโครงการสอนเสริมของครูจำแนกรายทักษะแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to create a teacher development strategy for the development of advanced scientific process skills at Ban Lad Wittaya School, Phetchaburi Province, consisting of 1) Environmental analysis; 2) Formulation Strategy 3) Implementation Strategy and 4) Controlling & Evaluation Strategy. The study aimcd at a group of 6 science teachers and 79 Mathayomsuksa 4 students in the second semester of the 2020 academic year at Banlatwittaya school, Phetchaburi province. The research instruments consisted of the environment analysis form, the advanced scientific process skills test, the teaching assessment form and meeting record. The statistics used were mean, standard deviation, nonparametric statistics and t-test.  The research results were found that 1. Environmental analysis by SWOT Matrix found that the strengths and opportunities have a high average score; 2. Formulation Strategy has a strategic plan that includes vision, mission, goals, proactive strategies and projects; 3. Implementation Strategy, consisting of 4 strategies, namely, Training workshop strategies, Supervision strategy, Network connecting strategy and Knowledge transfer strategies, by implementing 5 projects, including a Advanced scientific process skills training workshop project, The 5Es of Inquiry-Based learning training workshop project, Supervision project, Brainstorming project and Teaching supplementary students project; 4. Controlling & Evaluation Strategy found that 1) The teachers had average scores before and after the advanced science process skills training workshop. There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level, and teachers had written the 5Es of Inquiry-Based learning plans, average score for supervision of learning management, brainstorming for learning management preparation classified by projects which higher than the specified criterion. 2) The students had average scores Advanced scientific process skills before and after the implementation of the teaching supplementary. There was a statistically significant difference at the .01 level.
