บทคัดย่อ

การประเมินโครงการเสริมสร้างคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านโนนศิลาในครั้งนี้ ใช้รูปแบบการประเมินแบบ CIPP Model ในการประเมินโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ของการประเมินโครงการเพื่อ 1) ประเมินความเหมาะสมด้านบริบท (Context) ของโครงการ 2) ประเมินความเหมาะสมด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) ของโครงการ 3) ประเมินกระบวนการดำเนินงาน (Process) ของโครงการ 4) ประเมินผลผลิต (Product) ของโครงการ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการประเมินประกอบด้วยครูและบุคลากร จำนวน 10 คน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 9 คน เครือข่ายผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 2 ฉบับ ผลการประเมิน 1. ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมด้านบริบท (Context) ของโครงการ พบว่า โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก รายการที่มีความเหมาะสมอันดับสูงสุด คือ จัดสถานที่ทำกิจกรรมเหมาะสมกับการดำเนินโครงการ 2. ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) ของโครงการ พบว่า โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ผลการประเมินกระบวนการดำเนินงาน (Process) ของโครงการ พบว่า ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงานโครงการโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยการติดตามประเมินผลมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในอันดับสูงสุด และเมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านขั้นการวางแผนดำเนินงานโดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก รายการที่มีความเหมาะสมอันดับสูงสุด คือ การจัดเก็บข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่ใช้ในการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม ขั้นดำเนินงานตามแผนโดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก รายการที่มีความเหมาะสมอันดับสูงสุด คือ มีการบันทึกผลการดำเนินกิจกรรมแต่ละกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นปัจจุบัน ขั้นติดตามและประเมินผลโดยภาพรวม มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก รายการที่มีความเหมาะสมอันดับสูงสุด คือ บุคลากรมีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามประเมินผลกิจกรรมแต่ละโครงการ และขั้นการนำผลการประเมินมาปรับปรุงพัฒนาโดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากโดยรายการที่มีความเหมาะสมในอันดับสูงสุด คือ มีการสรุปและรายงานผลการประเมินโครงการให้บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ และมีการนำผลการประเมินมาใช้ปรับปรุงพัฒนาโครงการอย่างต่อเนื่อง 4. ผลการประเมินผลผลิต (Product) ของโครงการ พบว่า ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อโครงการ ในด้านผลผลิตโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน

Abstract

Evaluation of project enhance morality student ethics Bannonsila School Buriram Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The CIPP Model was used in the assessment with the objectives of the project assessment to 1) assess the context of the project 2) assess the suitability of inputs (input) of the project 3) evaluate the implementation process. The project work (Process) 4) to evaluate the project productivity (Product) The target group used in the assessment consisted of 10 teachers and personnel, 9 school committees, 100 student parents network. The data were 2 questionnaires. The results of the research were as follows 1. The results of the assessment of the appropriateness of the project (Context) found that the overall appropriateness is at a high level. The item with the highest ranking was the location of activities suitable for the project implementation. 2. The results of the assessment of the suitability of the inputs of the project found that overall, the suitability of the project was at a high level. 3. The results of the assessment of the project process (Process) found that the results of the assessment of the suitability of the overall project implementation process were appropriate at a high level. The follow-up evaluation is appropriate in the highest ranking. and when classified in terms of planning, the overall operation is appropriate at a high level. The most appropriate item was the collection of information used to promote morality. The overall plan implementation process is appropriate at a high level. The list with the highest suitability is that the results of each continuous activity are recorded up - to - date. Overall follow-up and evaluation There is a high level of suitability. The most appropriate item was the personnel involved in the follow-up and evaluation of each project activity. and the process of bringing the assessment results to improve and develop as a whole is appropriate at a high level. The items that are most suitable in the ranking are summarizing and reporting the results of the project assessment to personnel in educational institutions and related agencies. and the evaluation results are used to continuously improve the development of the project. 4. The results of the evaluation of the project's production showed that the satisfaction with the project in terms of overall productivity is at the highest level and each aspect is at the highest level in all aspects
