บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาผลสัมฤทธิ์ของโรงเรียน 2) พัฒนาสมรรถนะครูเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ของโรงเรียน และ 3) ศึกษาผลการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ของโรงเรียนเคียนซาพิทยาคม อำเภอเคียนซา จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ครูทั้งหมด จำนวน 72 คน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ แบ่งเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นการวางแผน ขั้นการปฏิบัติการ ขั้นการสังเกตการณ์ และขั้นการสะท้อนกลับ รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินชิ้นงาน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา นำเสนอในเชิงบรรยายและพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพและปัญหาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของโรงเรียน ครูผู้สอนใช้วิธีการสอนที่หลากหลาย มีสื่อประกอบการสอน มีการนำผลการวัดและประเมินผลมาใช้ในการปรับปรุงการเรียนการสอน แต่ผู้เรียนคงยังมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนต่ำและไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ซึ่งปัญหาเร่งด่วนที่ต้องแก้ไข คือ ความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู โดยวิธีการอบรมพัฒนาสมรรถนะของครูผู้สอน 6 ด้าน คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการพัฒนาผู้เรียน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา ด้านนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางการศึกษา ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านการพัฒนาตนเองและวิชาชีพ 2. ผลการสังเกตพฤติกรรมของครูผู้เข้าร่วมการพัฒนา พบว่า ครูที่เข้าอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ของโรงเรียนเคียนซาพิทยาคม ครั้งนี้โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อ พบว่า ครูมีความตั้งใจในการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่ การปฏิบัติงานที่ซื่อตรงและชอบธรรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ ครูมีการแสดงความคิดเห็นในการอบรม มี่ค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด 3. การติดตามผลการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ของโรงเรียนเคียนซาพิทยาคม พบว่า ผลการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ของโรงเรียนเคียนซาพิทยาคม ภายหลังจากการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการการนิเทศติดตามผลโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดได้แก่ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล รองลงมา

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the condition and problems of school achievement, 2) to develop teacher competency to upgrading school achievement, and 3) to monitor the results of teacher competency development to raise the achievement of Khiansa Pittayakom School, Khiansa District., Surat Thani Province. The target group consisted of 72 teachers. It was an action research which was divided into 4 steps, namely the planning stage. Operation steps observation step and reflection stage Data were collected using behavioral observation forms, questionnaires and interview forms. The statistics used in the quantitative data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. for qualitative data by content analysis presented in a descriptive and descriptive manner.  The results of the research showed that 1. the condition and problems of the school's academic achievement were Teachers use a variety of teaching methods. have teaching materials Measurement and evaluation results are used to improve teaching and learning. But the students still had low academic achievement and did not meet the standard. The urgent problem that needs to be solved is the teacher's ability to manage learning. by the method of training to develop teachers' competency in 6 areas, namely curriculum development; learner development measurement and Evaluation of Education, innovation and information technology in education, learning management and in terms of personal and professional development 2. The results of observing the behavior of teachers who participated in the development revealed that teachers who attended the training for teacher competency development to upgrading the achievement of Khiansa Pittayakom School This time overall is at a high level. When considering the items, it was found that the teachers had intention in the workshop. at the highest level followed by Acting with integrity and righteousness at the highest level and the teachers expressed their opinions in the training with the lowest mean, and 3. The follow-up on teacher competency development to enhance the achievement of Khiansa Pittayakom School found that the result of teacher competency development to raise the achievement of Khiansa Pittayakom School After the workshop, the overall and individual aspects of supervision supervision were at a high level. The areas with the highest averages were: Measurement and Evaluation followed by Learner Development and the aspect with the least average value was self-development and professional development. The results of the assessment of the work assigned to the teacher after the workshop showed that the overall picture was in a very good level. satisfaction towards teacher competency development at the highest level and the test result after training is higher than before training.
