บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในสหวิทยาเขตสุพรรณกัลยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในสหวิทยาเขตสุพรรณกัลยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และวิทยฐานะครู ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตสุพรรณกัลยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 8 โรงเรียน จำนวน 353 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จากการเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของโคเฮน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 183 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 42 ข้อ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (Item-Objective Congruency: IOC) มีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.8 - 1.0 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.43 - 0.72 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (X ) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test for Independent Samples) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA) หากพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จึงทำการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s post hoc comparisons method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ครูมีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่น และด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 2. ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกันมีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกันมีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ครูที่มีวิทยฐานะครูต่างกัน มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purposes of this research study are to: (1) examine Creative leadership of school administrators perceived of teachers in Suphankanlaya consortium schools under the office of Suphanburi secondary educational service area and, (2) compare Creative leadership of school administrators perceived of teachers in Suphankanlaya consortium schools under the office of Suphanburi secondary educational service area of various educational level, work experiences and academic title of teachers. The study sample were teachers who worked in Suphankanlaya consortium schools under the office of Suphanburi secondary educational service area in academic year 2021, were classified randomly by using Stratified sampling method, while the sample group were taken in accordance with Cohen’s table. The sample group were 183 teachers. The research instrument was a survey of 42 item questionnaires with Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) was 0.8 - 1.0, Index of Discrimination was 0.43 - 0.72, and Cronbach's alpha reliability was 0.95. The statistics method used in this research were, frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA, The differences resulting from the foregoing statistical procedures then were compared in a pair using Scheffe’s post hoc comparisons method  The result test shows that: 1. The teachers perceived about Creative leadership of school administrators in Suphankanlaya consortium schools under the office of Suphanburi secondary educational service area, overall and each aspects were found at high level, considering each aspects, ranked from the highest to the lowest, i.e. Vision, Flexibility, Teamwork and Creativity. 2. Teachers of different educational level perceived about Creative leadership of school administrators in Suphankanlaya consortium schools under the office of Suphanburi secondary educational service area, the overall and considering each aspects were found to be different at a significant level of 0.05. 3. Teachers of different work experiences perceived about Creative leadership of school administrators in Suphankanlaya consortium schools under the office of Suphanburi secondary educational service area, the overall and considering each aspects were found to be different at a significant level of 0.05. 4. Teachers of different academic title perceived about Creative leadership of school administrators in Suphankanlaya consortium schools under the office of Suphanburi secondary educational service area, the overall and considering each aspects were found to be different at a significant level of 0.05.
