บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ของครูเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตราชนิเวศน์มฤคทายวัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบุรี 2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของครูเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตราชนิเวศน์มฤคทายวัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบุรี จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงานและวิทยฐานะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ครูในโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตราชนิเวศน์มฤคทายวัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบุรี ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2564 ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยเปิดตารางโคเฮน (Cohen, Manion and Morrison 2011, p. 147) และใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นของแต่ละโรงเรียนโดยการเทียบอัตราส่วน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 183 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.80 ขึ้นไป และหาค่าความเชื่อมั่นได้เท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ครูมีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภายรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ข้าราชการครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษา มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนข้าราชการครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานและวิทยฐานะแตกต่างกัน มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน

Abstract

The purposes of this research study and compare transformational leadership perceived of educational administrators perceived of the teachers in Schools Under Ratchaniwet Maruekhathaiyawan Sub Area in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchaburi as classified by, educational level, work experience and academic titles. And work experience rages were classified randomly by using Stratified Sampling Method. while the sample group were taken in accordance with tables (Cohen, Manion and Morrison 2011, p. 147). The sample group were 183 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire. questionnaire which The IOC value is 0.8 upper and reliability at 0.96. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, section Standard deviation, statistical t-test, and analysis of one-way ANOVA. Findings showed as the follows 1. The teachers perceived the transformational leadership among the school administrators, overall, the awareness was found at a high level, ranked from the highest to the lowest, i.e. cognitive stimulation influence ideally, inspiration and and taking into account the individuality. 2. Teachers had educational level were different. There were perceptions about transformational leadership among school administrators, overall were not different, Teachers had work experience were different. There were perceptions about transformational leadership among school administrators, overall were different, Teachers had academic titles were different. There were perceptions about transformational leadership among school administrators, overall were different.
