บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดสระบุรี 2) ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดสระบุรี และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดสระบุรี ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นครู จำนวน 140 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากวิธีการกำหนดประชากร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดสระบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด

2. ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดสระบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความเต็มใจที่จะทุ่มเทความพยายามอย่างมากเพื่อประโยชน์ขององค์การ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด อยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดสระบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) study the transformational leadership level of the school administrators under the Vocational Education institutions in Saraburi Province 2) study the organizational commitment level of teachers in Vocational Education institutions in Saraburi Province 3) The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and organization commitment of teachers in school under the Vocational Education Commission in Saraburi Province. The informants were 140 teachers, derived from demographic methods. The study instrument used for collecting data was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.98. And the statistics used for analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

The results of the study were as follows:

1. the overall of transformational leadership level of the school administrators under the Vocational Education institutions in Saraburi Province was at a highest level. When considering each aspect of transformational leadership, it was found that cognitive stimulation was at the highest level.

2. the organization commitment level of teachers in Vocational Education institutions in Saraburi Province, the overall was at a highest level. When considering each aspect of organization commitment, it was found that the willingness to put forth a lot of effort in the benefit of the organization was at a highest level

3. the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and organizational commitment of teachers in school under the Vocational Education Commission in Saraburi Province, the overall was at a highest level with a statistical significance level of .01
