บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนด้วยวิธีการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน และ 2) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนด้วยวิธีการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน เครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง เพื่อขอความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 2) บทเรียนบนเครือข่าย ระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนลักษณะออนไลน์ 3) แบบประเมินคุณภาพของบทเรียนบนระบบเครือข่ายโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ  4) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนแบบวิชาบริหารและการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาแบบเลือกตอบชนิด 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ และ 5) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอนแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่นักศึกษาหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการประถมศึกษา และนักศึกษาหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาสังคมศึกษา จำนวน 60 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบโคว์ต้า กำหนดให้นักศึกษาหลักสูตร  ครุศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการประถมศึกษาจำนวน 30 คนเรียนโดยใช้บทเรียนบนระบบเครือข่าย  และนักศึกษาหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาสังคมศึกษา จำนวน 30 คน เรียนแบบปกติ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนด้วยวิธีการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน มีองค์ประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์และวางแผน การออกแบบ การพัฒนา การนำไปใช้ และการประเมินผล

2. การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนด้วยวิธีการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนด้วยวิธีการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน ประกอบด้วยรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนแบบเผชิญหน้า (Face to Face) สัดส่วนร้อยละ 30 และการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ระบบออนไลน์ (Online Learning) สัดส่วนร้อยละ 70  สำหรับองค์ประกอบของการบริหารจัดการเรียนเรียนการสอนแบบผสมผสานมี 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การวิเคราะห์และวางแผน 2) การออกแบบ 3) การพัฒนา 4) การนำไปใช้ 5) การประเมินผล และ 6) ทักษะและสมรรถะด้านดิจิทัลของผู้สอน ผลการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพบทเรียนบนระบบเครือข่าย (LMS) จากการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ คุณภาพด้านโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี ( = 4.24) และคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหาอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี ( = 4.14)

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study a learning management model based on a blended learning; and 2) to create a learning management model with a blended learning method. Research tools consisted of: 1) a semi-structured interview form asking for opinions and recommendations from experts; 2) a web-based instruction and the online teaching and learning system; 3) an evaluation form for the quality of web-based lessons by experts; 4) a 4 multiple choices achievement test of 30 items on the subject of educational administration and quality assurance; and 5) a satisfactory questionnaire on blended learning. The sample group were 60 of bachelor students in Elementary Education Program and Social Studies Program. The samples were selected using a quota sampling technique. The samples were divided into 2 groups where 30 of Elementary School students were assigned to learn through the application of web-based lessons and other 30 of Social Studies students learned through a traditional class. Statistics used for data analysis comprised of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The study found that:

1. The learning management model based on blended learning consists of the important elements which are analyzing and planning, designing, developing, applying, and evaluating.

2. According to a creation of the learning management model with a blended learning method, the study showed that the learning management model based on a blended learning method comprises of 30% of face to face instruction and 70% of online learning. Further, the study also revealed that there are 6 elements including: 1) analyzing and planning; 2) designing; 3) developing; 4) applying; 5) evaluating; and 6) digital literacy and skills of instructors which are important to the learning management based on blended learning. The results of a quality analysis of lessons on the Leaning Management System (LMS) made by experts, it was found that the quality of computer program is at a good level ( = 4.24) while the quality of content is also at a good level ( = 4.14), too
