บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนสกลนครพัฒนศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนสกลนครพัฒนศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนครและ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้ ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนสกลนครพัฒนศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร โดยวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed-method Research) ทั้งนี้ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาหรือหัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารงาน หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ หัวหน้ากิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ครูผู้สอน สภานักเรียน และนักเรียนในโรงเรียนสกลนครพัฒนศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร จำนวน 129 คน โดยการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ และสถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงบรรยายและพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพการบริหารจัดสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนสกลนครพัฒนศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร ในภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนสกลนครพัฒนศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร มีองค์ประกอบหลัก 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การบริหารองค์กร การจัดการเรียนรู้ และการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน

3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนสกลนครพัฒนศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร มีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้ อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

This research was aimed 1) to study the contexts of school management toward excellence 2) to develop the model of school management toward excellence, and 3) to evaluate the suitability and possibility for implementation of the model of school management toward excellence: the case study in Sakonnakhon Phatthanasuksa under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon, and implemented by mixed-method research. In addition, the target group of 129 people were selected by purposive sampling technique comprised school administrators, vice-school administrators or heads of administrative sectors, heads of learning departments, head of students’ development activity sector, teachers, students’ council, and students in Sakonnokhon Phatthanasuksa School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon. Questionnaires and Interviews were conducted as the research instruments, and the statistics used were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Content Analysis.

The findings were as follows:

1. The contexts of school management toward the excellence: the case study in Sakonnokhon phattanasuksa School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon was counted as a high level in overall.

2. The model of school management toward the excellence: the case study in Sakonnokhon phattanasuksa School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon comprised 3 elements including Organization Administration, Learning Management and Students’ Quality Development.

3. The result of evaluation in terms of suitability and possibility to implement the model of school management toward the excellence: the case study in Sakonnokhon phattanasuksa School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon was at a high level
