บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงานกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาจำนวน 205 คน ใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่ายแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ t-test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว

ผลการศึกษา

1. สมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รายสมรรถนะพบว่า สมรรถนะในงานมีการปฏิบัติที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือสมรรถนะหลัก

2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามเพศและประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ส่วนเปรียบเทียบตามวุฒิการศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) to study the competency of a school administrator of Education Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. 2) to compare the administrator competencies classified by gender, educational Background and working experience. A sample of 205 was randomly. The research instrument was a questionnaire about the competency of a school administrator of Education Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The data was analyzed by using percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA.

Study Results

1. competence of school administrators under Bangkok Overall and each aspect had the highest level of practice. The performance found that Performance on the job was performed with the highest average. followed by core competencies

2. Comparative results of educational institution administrators' competency Classified by gender and work experience It was found that the difference was statistically significant at 0.05 parts according to educational background. There was no statistically significant difference at 0.05
