บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของแนวทางการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนสุขภาวะในยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่หลังการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 3 และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนสุขภาวะในยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่หลังการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 3 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified) ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นและการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของแนวทางการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนสุขภาวะในยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่หลังการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 พบว่า โรงเรียนเป็นสถานที่ปลอดเหล้า-บุหรี่ การพนันและสิ่งเสพติด มีระบบป้องกันภัยและมีการตรวจสอบอย่างสม่ำเสมอมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของแนวทางการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนสุขภาวะในยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่หลังการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 พบว่า โรงเรียนคำนึงถึงสุขภาพที่ดีของผู้เรียน ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนปรับตัวให้เข้ากับผู้อื่นและอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุขมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด และความต้องการจำเป็นของแนวทางการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนสุขภาวะในยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่หลังการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 พบว่า ชุมชนได้รับโอกาสจากโรงเรียนให้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อสร้างเสริมสุขภาวะของผู้เรียน มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด

2. แนวทางการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนสุขภาวะในยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่หลังการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 ควรมีลักษณะ ดังนี้ โรงเรียนควรเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานเรื่องโรงเรียนสุขภาวะ โรงเรียนควรมีกระบวนการในการบริหารงานอย่างมีขั้นตอน โรงเรียนควรมีการจัดทำแผนงานหรือโครงการที่รองรับการปฏิบัติเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานด้านโรงเรียนสุขภาวะเกิดผลดี โรงเรียนควรมีการจัดกระบวนการทำงานที่ทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ซึ่งกันและกันและโรงเรียนควรมีการคำนึงถึงเป้าหมายหลักของการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนสุขภาวะคำนึงถึงความสะอาดเพื่อลดอัตราการเกิดโรค

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study: 1) to study the actual state and the desirable state of Developing of the Health School operating guidelines in New Normal after the spread of COVID-19 under the Secondary Educational Service Area 3 Office and 2) to develop of the Health School operating guidelines in New Normal after the spread of COVID-19 under the Secondary Educational Service Area 3 Office. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNI modified and content analysis.

The research results were as follows.

1. The actual state of Developing of the Health School operating guidelines in New Normal after the spread of COVID-19 under the Secondary Educational Service Area 3 Office was highest on operating schools for being a non-smoking place, gambling or addiction and there were the protection systems and regularly checks. The desirable state of Developing of the Health School operating guidelines in New Normal after the spread of COVID-19 under the Secondary Educational Service Area 3 Office was highest on operating schools to take into account the good health of the learners and encourage them to adapt to others and live together happily. The priority need of Developing of the Health School operating guidelines in New Normal after the spread of COVID-19 under the Secondary Educational Service Area 3 Office was highest on operating the community to get the opportunities from the schools to exchange knowledge and participate in organizing the learning process that enhance the students' well-being.

2. The developing of the Health Schools was as follow: the schools should recognize the importance of running the Health School. The schools should have a step-by-step management process. The schools should develop action plans or projects to support good Health School operations. The schools should have working processes that lead to learning and interacting with each other and the main goal of the operation of the Health School with cleanliness in order to reduce the rate of disease
