บทคัดย่อ

ศึกษานิเทศก์เป็นบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือทางวิชาการแก่ครู เป็นกำลังสำคัญในการสนับสนุนความสามารถของครู ให้ครูสามารถปฏิบัติงานการจัดการศึกษาให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนความท้าทายใหม่ที่เกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลง การปรับตัวให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ บทบาทหน้าที่ และคุณสมบัติของศึกษานิเทศก์จำเป็นสำหรับยุคนี้ ศึกษานิเทศก์ต้องมีบทบาทสำคัญ 4 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ผู้นำการเรียนรู้ 2) ผู้นำการคิดและปฏิบัติตน 3) ผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่เป้าหมายที่ท้าทายและ 4) ผู้สนับสนุน

ศึกษานิเทศก์ยุคใหม่ต้องเพิ่มบทบาทหน้าที่ของตนเองในงานวิชาการของตนเองให้มากยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อสร้างศรัทธาต่อครู ศึกษานิเทศก์ต้องมีคุณสมบัติ ดังนี้ 1) กล้าที่จะล้มเหลว แล้วสร้างการเรียนรู้จากความล้มเหลว 2) สร้างโอกาสให้ครูเติบโต 3) ยอมรับความเห็นต่างอย่างไร้อคติ 4) แบ่งปันความเป็นผู้นำ และ 5) การปรับตัวให้ทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง

ปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการปรับตัวของศึกษานิเทศก์ต่อความท้าทายในโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลง มีดังนี้ 1) ความรู้ของศึกษานิเทศก์ ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย 3 ส่วนสำคัญที่ได้แก่ ความรู้เรื่องสถานการณ์โลก ความรู้เรื่ององค์กรและความรู้เกี่ยวกับตนเอง และ  2) ทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อการปรับตัว เปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรม สร้างค่านิยมที่ดี มีความพร้อมในรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในโลกอนาคตได้

Abstract

Supervisors are educational personnel who not only provide academic assistance to teachers but also are an important force in supporting teachers' abilities to perform educational management tasks effectively and affect the quality of the learners.

New challenges posed by change, adaptation to the situation, roles, duties and qualifications of the supervisor were essential for this era. The supervisor must play four important roles as follows: 1) Learning leaders 2) Thinking and behavioral leaders 3) Transition leaders to challenging goals and 4) Advocates.

Modern supervisors need to increase their own roles in their own academic work. To build faith in teachers, the supervisors must meet the following qualifications 1) Dare to fail and create learning from failure 2) Create opportunities for teachers to grow 3) Accept unjust opinions, 4) Share leadership and 5) Adapt to change.

Key factors contributing to the successful adaptation of the supervisors to challenges in a changing world consist of 1) The supervisors’ knowledge including 3 important areas as follow: Knowledge of the world situation, Organizational knowledge and Self-knowledge, and 2) Positive attitudes towards adaptation, behavior changing and create good values that ready to support change in the future.
