บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพโรงเรียนเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางเสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพโรงเรียนเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ จำนวนครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 297 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และขั้นตอนที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ระดับความคิดเห็นสภาพวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพโรงเรียนเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 

ระดับความคิดเห็นสภาพวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพโรงเรียนเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการนำผลคุณภาพไปใช้ รองลงมา ด้านการพัฒนาผู้เรียนคุณภาพ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมคุณภาพ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรคุณภาพ

2. แนวทางเสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพโรงเรียนเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาโดยแบ่งเป็น 6 แนวทาง ดังนี้ เปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์เพื่อให้เกิดความสำเร็จตามวิสัยทัศน์พันธกิจ สร้างขวัญและกำลังใจให้บุคลากร เสริมสร้างระบบและสนับสนุนให้มีการนำเอาทรัพยากรไปทำงานให้เพื่อให้บรรลุจุดมุ่งหมาย บุคลากรยอมรับการกำหนดเป้าหมายร่วมกัน วิธีการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือผู้เรียนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การนำผลการประเมินคุณภาพไปใช้ให้สอดคล้องตามวัตถุประสงค์

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the quality of private school culture under the Office of Education of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province 2) to propose a guideline for enhancing the quality of private school culture under the Ayutthaya Provincial Education Office. There are 2 steps in the research method. Step 1: Study the state, culture, quality of private schools Under the Office of Education, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province The population of this research was 297 private school teachers under the Office of Education of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province using stratified randomness. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation. And step 2 to study ways to strengthen the quality of private school culture Under the Office of Education, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province By interviewing 5 key informants, the tools used in the research were interview questionnaire.

The research results were found that

1. Level of opinion, state, culture, quality of private schools under the Office of Education, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province Level of opinion, state, culture, quality of private schools under the Office of Education, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.

Overall, it is at a high level. The aspect with the highest average was quality results implementation, followed by the quality learner development. Quality teamwork and the side with the lowest average is quality personnel development.

2. Guidelines for strengthening the culture of quality of private schools under the Office of Education, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, divided into 6 approaches as follows: giving personnel an opportunity to participate in the formulation of strategies to achieve success according to the vision, mission Build morale and encouragement for personnel Strengthen the system and encourage the implementation of resources to achieve their goals. Personnel agree to set goals together. How to develop effective care system for students Using quality assessment results in accordance with the objectives
