บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม เรื่อง การพัฒนาหลักสูตรบูรณาการความเป็นพลเมืองดีในระบอบประชาธิปไตยสำหรับเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนอย่างมีส่วนร่วมของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ผลการศึกษาในครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อองค์กรหรือชุมชนแบบมีส่วนร่วมและเพื่อความยั่งยืน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการวิจัย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรบูรณาการความเป็นพลเมืองดีในระบอบประชาธิปไตยสำหรับเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดชัยภูมิ อย่างมีส่วนร่วม 2) เพื่อฝึกอบรมพัฒนาครูผู้ดูแลเด็กและผู้ปกครองในการจัดประสบการณ์ และการวัดพฤติกรรมความเป็นพลเมืองดีในระบอบประชาธิปไตยสำหรับเด็กก่อนวัยเรียน ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดชัยภูมิ จากหลักสูตรที่สร้างขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครู จำนวน 180 คน และผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 180 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ  เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบประเมินคุณภาพหลักสูตร ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา 0.6 - 1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ .846 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผลพัฒนาหลักสูตรบูรณาการความเป็นพลเมืองดีในสังคมประชาธิปไตยสำหรับเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดชัยภูมิ อย่างมีส่วนร่วมการดำเนินการในขั้นตอนนี้แบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้น คือ ขั้นที่ 1 เป็นการร่างหัวข้อเนื้อหาและ กำหนดเวลาของหลักสูตรโดยให้ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กและผู้ปกครองได้พิจารณาด้านเนื้อหาและเวลาว่ามีความเหมาะสม ขั้นที่ 2 เป็นการขอรับคำแนะนำจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ขั้นที่ 3 เป็นการสร้างหลักสูตรบูรณาการ (ฉบับร่าง 1) จากนั้นนำหลักสูตร (ฉบับร่าง 1) ส่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจประเมิน ได้ข้อสรุปว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรบูรณาการ แต่ให้มีการปรับจำนวนข้อของใบงานและแบบวัดพฤติกรรม และสร้างชุดฝึกอ่านคำคล้อง เพื่อใหเด็กได้มีความรู้ในขั้นต้น นำข้อแนะนำต่าง ๆ มาปรับปรุงแก้ไขเป็นหลักสูตร (ฉบับร่าง 2) เพื่อไปทดลองใช้ 2. ผลการฝึกอบรมพัฒนาครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก และผู้ปกครองในการจัดประสบการณ์ และการวัดพฤติกรรมความเป็นพลเมืองดีในระบอบประชาธิปไตยสำหรับเด็กก่อนวัยเรียน ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดชัยภูมิ จากหลักสูตรที่สร้างขึ้น พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.44 แยกเป็นรายด้านดังต่อไปนี้ 1) ด้านความรู้ของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กและผู้ปกครอง จากการซักถาม และการตอบคำถามของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กและผู้ปกครอง ในช่วงเวลาอบรมและสิ้นสุดการอบรมที่ได้บันทึกลงในแบบประเมินที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นตามแนวคิดของครอนบาค ภาพรวมพบว่า อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.06 2) ด้านทักษะครูผู้ดูแลเด็กและผู้ปกครองภาพรวม พบว่า ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กและผู้ปกครองสามารถปฏิบัติไปตามแผนการจัดกิจกรรมบูรณาการแต่ละแผนได้ถูกต้อง อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.23 จาก 4 คะแนน และ 3) ด้านเจตคติของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กและผู้ปกครอง อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.00

Abstract

This research was a participatory action research on the development of integrated curriculum of democratic citizenship for pre-school children with the participation of the Child Development Center. Sub-district Administration Organization Chaiyaphum Province The results of this study will benefit the organization or the community in a participatory and sustainable manner. With the objectives of the research project  were 1) to develop an integrated curriculum of democratic citizenship for preschool children of the Child Development Center Sub-district Administration Organization Chaiyaphum Province 2) To train the development of teachers, carers and parents in organizing experiences And measurement of democratic citizenship behavior for preschool children Child Development Center, Tambon Administrative Organization Chaiyaphum Province From courses created The sample group consisted of 180 teachers and 180 parents. The sample group was selected by using selected by Krejcie& Morgan theory and stratified random sampling. The research instrument was questionnaire: validity 0.6 - 1.00 and reliability at .946. The data was analyzed and presented as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.  The research found that 1. Development of integrated curriculum of good citizenship in a democratic society for preschool children of the Child Development Center Sub-district Administration Organization Chaiyaphum Province Participating in this process can be divided into 3 phases: Step 1 is the outline of the content and Schedule of the course by allowing teachers, caregivers and parents to consider the content and time that is appropriate. Step 2 is to request advice from a qualified person. Step 3 is to create an integrated course (draft 1). Then take the course (draft 1) to send experts to assess Concluded that experts have opinions about the suitability of the integrated curriculum But have to adjust the number of work items And behavior measurement And create training sets to read words To allow children to have early knowledge Bring various suggestions to improve as a curriculum (draft 2) to try out. 2. Training results for the development of teachers who care for children and parents, it was found that the overall picture was very good. With an average score of 3.44, divided into the following aspects: 1) the knowledge of teachers and parents from questioning and answering questions of teachers, caregivers and parents During the training period and ending the training that has been recorded in the assessment form created by the researcher according to the concept of Cronbach.
