บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและถอดบทเรียนการบริหารโครงการโรงเรียนคุณธรรม สพฐ.ต้นแบบ 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลที่เกิดขึ้นจากการเป็นโรงเรียนคุณธรรม สพฐ.ต้นแบบ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) เน้นวิจัยแบบกรณีศึกษา (Case Study) โดยเลือกกรณีศึกษาแบบกำหนดเกณฑ์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญคือ ผู้บริหาร ครูแกนนำ นักเรียนแกนนำ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 55 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิจัย คือ ตัวผู้วิจัยเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญ แบบแบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบบันทึกภาคสนาม แบบบันทึกการสังเกต แบบบันทึกการสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม และรายงานการวิจัยแบบพรรณนา (Description) และพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Description) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. บทเรียนการบริหารโครงการโรงเรียนคุณธรรม สพฐ. ต้นแบบ กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนบ้านกลางนาเดื่อมี  6 บทเรียนที่ทำให้การดำเนินงานบรรลุผลสำเร็จ ประกอบด้วย 1) การรับรู้และการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วน 2) การบูรณาการคุณธรรมกับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ในชั้นเรียนและกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรในโรงเรียน 3) นักเรียนทำได้ตามศักยภาพของตนเอง 4) การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และถอดบทเรียน 5) การพัฒนาครูและนักเรียนแกนนำ 6) การนิเทศติดตาม ประเมินผลและใช้ 4 กลยุทธ์ในการดำเนินงาน ประกอบด้วย 1) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาครูและบุคลากร 2) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนานักเรียน 3) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อม 4) กลยุทธ์การมีส่วนร่วม  2. ประสิทธิผลที่เกิดขึ้นจากการเป็นโรงเรียนคุณธรรม สพฐ.ต้นแบบ กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนบ้านกลางนาเดื่อ ต่อโรงเรียนและชุมชนบ้านกลางนาเดื่อโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด (= 4.75) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกข้อ และพิจารณาจากประสิทธิผลที่เกิดขึ้นใน 2 ด้าน คือ 1) ประสิทธิผลต่อโรงเรียนและ 2) ประสิทธิผลต่อชุมชน โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้  2.1 ประสิทธิผลต่อโรงเรียนมี 2 ภาคส่วน คือ ประสิทธิผลต่อนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย (1) นักเรียนมีความตระหนักรู้และให้ความร่วมมือในการรักษาความสะอาดมากขึ้น (2) มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ของตนเองมากขึ้น (3) มีระเบียบวินัยมากขึ้น (4) มีสัมมาคารวะต่อผู้อาวุโสมากขึ้น (5) มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนดีมากขึ้น (6) มีจิตอาสาช่วยงานโรงเรียนและชุมชนมากขึ้น และ (7) เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีได้รับการยกย่อง สำหรับประสิทธิผลต่อโรงเรียนประกอบด้วย (1) ได้รับการประเมินเป็นโรงเรียนคุณธรรม สพฐ. ระดับ 3 ดาว (2) ได้รับคัดเลือกเป็นหน่วยขับเคลื่อนโรงเรียนคุณธรรมต้นแบบ (3) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนบ้านกลางนาเดื่อ ครู และนักเรียนมีผลงานเป็นที่ประจักษ์ได้รับเกียรติบัตรดีเด่นในหลายๆ ด้าน จากองค์กรในระดับเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาและในระดับประเทศ (4) ได้แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการดำเนินงานให้ประสบผลสำเร็จ (5) ได้ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จ และ (6) ผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียนมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในทางที่ดีขึ้นมากกว่าก่อนการเข้าร่วมโครงการร้อยละ 90  2.2 ประสิทธิผลต่อชุมชน แยกเป็น 2 ภาคส่วน ประกอบด้วย ประสิทธิผลต่อครอบครัว/ผู้ปกครอง มีดังนี้ (1) มีความรับผิดชอบมากขึ้น (2) มีวินัยมากขึ้น (3) มีจิตอาสามากขึ้น (4) มีความอ่อนน้อมถ่อมตน (5) เกิดความอบอุ่นในครอบครัว (6) เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้กับผู้อื่น และ (7) ผู้ปกครองมีความพึงพอใจมากกว่าร้อยละ 80 สำหรับประสิทธิผลต่อชุมชนบ้านกลางนาเดื่อ ประกอบด้วย (1) เยาวชนมีความประพฤติเรียบร้อย (2) ชุมชนเกิดความสงบสุข (3) กลุ่มเยาวชนช่วยเหลืองานในชุมชน (4) มีจิตอาสาทำงานเพื่อสังคม และ (5) ผู้อาวุโสในชุมชนประพฤติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to examine lessons learned on the management of the Moral Schools Project of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) Model, 2) to study the effectiveness arising from being the Moral Schools of OBEC Model. The qualitative case study methodology was applied by selecting a case study with a criterion set. The key informants were 55 of administrators, master teachers, student leaders, school committee members and parents. The research tools were the researcher, document analysis forms, field record forms, observation record forms, interview forms, a set of questionnaires and descriptive research reports and analytical description. The results were as follows: 1. The six lessons on the management of the Moral Schools Project of OBEC Model in a case study at Ban Klang Na Dua School achieved operational goals comprising: 1) Perception and participation from all sectors, 2) Integration of morals within instructional activities and school extra-curricular activities, 3) Students realizing their potential, 4) Knowledge exchange and lessons learned, 5) Development of master teachers and student leaders, 6) follow-up supervision. In addition, four operational strategies were utilized, including 1) teacher and personnel development, 2) student development, 3) environment development, and 4) participation.  2. The effectiveness arising from being the Moral Schools of OBEC Model in a case study of Ban Klang Na Dua School toward school and Ban Klang Na Dua community was overall at the highest level (= 4.75). When considering each aspect, all items were at the highest level. The effectiveness covered two aspects: 1) Effectiveness toward School, and 2) Effectiveness toward Community.  2.1 Effectiveness toward School had two parts, including Effectiveness toward Students: (1) the students gained more awareness and cooperation in keeping the school clean, (2) being more responsible for their own duties, (3) being more disciplined, (4) paying more respect to seniors, (5)  having a better learning achievement, (6) volunteering for school and community, and (7) receiving recognition as being exemplary. Effectiveness toward School consisted of: (1) Earning a 3-star rating of the moral school of OBEC Model, 2) Voting as a unit to drive the moral school model, (3) School administrators of Baan Klang Na Dua School, teachers and students demonstrated and were awarded for outstanding performance in various key areas from organizations at Educational Service Area and national levels, (4) Establishing best practice guidelines for successful operations, (5) Obtaining factors affecting the success, (6) 90 percent of administrators, teachers and students improved after participating in the project.  2.2 Effectiveness to Community covered two parts: Effectiveness toward Families/Parents consisted of: (1) being more responsible, (2) having more discipline, (3) volunteering more often, (4) being moderate and humble, (5) having warmth in the family, (6) being a good exemplar for others, and (7) having parents’ satisfaction of more than 80 percent. Secondly, Effectiveness toward Ban Klang Na Dua Community consisted of: (1) good behaviors in youth, (2) being a peaceful community (3) youth group offering help for community works, (4) volunteering work for society, and (5) seniors in communities with good model behaviors.
