บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนยอดนิยม ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการการวิจัย เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนยอดนิยม โรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนยอดนิยม ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ โดยแบ่งได้เป็น 4 ระยะ เก็บข้อมูล ด้วยวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ และวิธีเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ โรงเรียนที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การพิจารณาโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนยอดนิยมในเขตภาคเหนือ จำนวน 2 แห่ง กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครู คณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียน รวมจำนวน 67 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยการใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ
ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนอนุบาลยอดนิยม  ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 ชื่อรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนยอดนิยม ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน: รูปแบบการบริหารผสมผสานแบบเป็นทางการและเพื่อนร่วมงานมีส่วนร่วม (FC Blended Model) ส่วนที่ 2 แนวคิดและหลักการและวัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบเป็นรูปแบบการบริหารแบบทางการและรูปแบบการบริหารแบบผู้ร่วมงาน เข้าด้วยกันให้มีความเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับสภาพบริบทและสถานภาพของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนยอดนิยม ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน และส่วนที่ 3 องค์ประกอบของการบริหารโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนยอดนิยม และลักษณะโรงเรียนยอดนิยม ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบนมีผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มาตรฐานด้านการใช้ประโยชน์ ความเป็นไปได้ ความเหมาะสม และความถูกต้องแม่นยำ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน

Abstract

The research entitled “Administrative Model for Popular Private Kindergarten School in the Upper Northern Region” aimed to develop the administrative model for a popular private kindergarten school in the upper northern region. It was Multi-Phases mixed-method research consisted of 4 phases to collect data by using qualitative and quantitative research. The population of this study was 2 schools where passed the criteria of being the popular private kindergarten school in the upper northern region. The target group consisted of 67 people who were school administrators, teachers including school committees and 10 educational experts. The research instruments were a questionnaire, an interview form, and a model evaluation form. The quantitative data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and modified priority need index (PNImodified). The qualitative data were analyzed by using context analysis. The results of the study were found that the administrative model for popular private kindergarten school in the upper northern region comprised three parts as follows: Part 1 Model title: The formal administration with the involvement of the colleague (FC Model), part 2  Concept, principle and objectives of the model:  formal and collegial concepts were used to create the appropriate model for the context and status of the popular private kindergarten schools in the upper northern region and part  3 The elements and characteristics of the popular private kindergarten school administration in the upper northern region. The result from the evaluation of the effectiveness of the administrative model appeared that the overall was at the highest level. All aspects which were the utility, feasibility, propriety standard and accuracy were ranked at the highest level.
