บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning ของโรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนปลายวัดไชยะพูมาราม 2) หาแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning โรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนปลาย วัดไชยะพูมารามและ 3) ติดตามผลของการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning โรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนปลาย ดำเนินการวิจัยปฏิบัติการ โดยดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ แต่ละวงรอบประกอบด้วย การวางแผน การปฏิบัติการ การสังเกตการณ์ และการสะท้อนกลับ กลุ่มเป้าหมายของการวิจัยประกอบด้วยผู้วิจัยและผู้ร่วมวิจัย จำนวน 22 รูป/คน และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล 18 รูปเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือ แบบสังเกต แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ แบบประเมินความสามารถในการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และแบบประเมิน ความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน นำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning ของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนปลาย วัดไชยะพูมาราม พบว่า) 1) สภาพที่พบ คือ ครูจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบรรยาย ไม่เน้นการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning 2) ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning พบว่า ครูขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจ ขาดทักษะในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning และการนิเทศภายในยังไม่เป็นระบบ 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning โรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนปลาย วัดไชยะพูมาราม ประกอบด้วย 2 วงรอบวงรอบที่ 1 วงรอบที่ 1 ใช้การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และการนิเทศภายในวงรอบที่ 2 ใช้การนิเทศแบบสอนงาน 3. ผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning ในโรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนปลาย วัดไชยะพูมาราม พบว่า 1) ครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning เพิ่มมากขึ้น หลังจากการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพ ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning โดยมีผลการประเมินในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ครูมีความสามารถในการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) นักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 4) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจ ต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) investigate conditions and problems concerning instructional management based on active learning in the upper secondary school for monks of Chaiyaphumaram temple; 2) establish the guidelines for developing teacher potential on instructional management based on active learning; and 3) follow up the effects after the intervention. The two–spiral participatory action research was employed consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The target group comprised a total 22 monks/persons, including the researcher and co-researchers, and 18 monk-informants. The research instruments included an observation form, a learning behavior assessment form, assessment forms for lesson plans, a satisfaction assessment form. The statistics for data analysis included percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results were presented in the descriptive analysis form. The findings were as follows: 1. The conditions and problems of instructional management based on active learning of teachers in the upper secondary school for monks in Chaiyaphumaram temple revealed that 1) in terms of conditions, the teachers still used conventional methods-lecturing. In addition, the instructional management have not been utilized with regard to active learning method.  2) In terms of problems, teachers apparently lacked knowledge, understanding and skills on instructional management based on active learning. The internal supervision was not performed systemically. 2. The guidelines for developing teacher potential on instructional management based on active learning in the upper secondary school for monks in Chaiyaphumaran temple, Kaysone Phomvihane City, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR, consisted of two spirals. The first spiral included a workshop and internal supervision. In the second spiral, a field trip, and a coaching supervision were utilized. 3. The effects after the intervention revealed that: 1) Teachers who attended the workshop gained better knowledge on instructional management based on active learning, as a whole at a high level; 2) Teachers were able to write lesson plans based on active learning as a whole at a high level; 3) Students’ learning behaviors as a whole were at a high level, 4) The level of student satisfaction toward instructional management based on active learning was at a high level.
