บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารจัดการสภาพแวดล้อม เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารจัดการ และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการบริหารจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษาเอกชนกลุ่มโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา จังหวัดขอนแก่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่            ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 37 คน ครูผู้สอนจำนวน 79 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 116 คน ของสถานศึกษาเอกชนกลุ่มโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.85 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการความจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุงผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษาเอกชนกลุ่มโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติสูงสุดคือ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมรณรงค์และรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือ ด้านความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานศึกษากับชุมชนด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ส่วนด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารงานสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา 2. สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษาเอกชนกลุ่มโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยภาพรวม พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการจัดบรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา รองลงมา คือ ด้านความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานศึกษากับชุมชนด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารงานสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา 3. ความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษาเอกชนกลุ่มโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา จังหวัดขอนแก่น เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีความสำคัญอันดับหนึ่ง ด้านการจัดบรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา รองลงมา คือ ด้านการบริหารงานสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา ส่วนด้านที่มีความสำคัญน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมรณรงค์และรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา ตามลำดับ 4. ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษาเอกชนกลุ่มโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา จังหวัดขอนแก่น พบว่า 1) ด้านการจัดบรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา ควรส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้ครูตกแต่งห้องเรียนให้สัมพันธ์กับบรรยากาศในการจัดการเรียนการสอน 2) ด้านการบริหารงานสภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา ควรจัดอาคารสถานที่ให้สะอาดปลอดภัย 3) ด้านความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานศึกษากับชุมชน ควรส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรม 5ส ร่วมกับชุมชนเพื่อความสามัคคีสถานศึกษา

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current state and the desirable conditions of management, to study the needs and to study recommendations for environmental management for private charity schools in Buddhist temples in Khon Kaen province. The sample used in this research included 116 people of 37 school administrators and 79 teachers by using stratified random sampling methods. The instrument used in the research was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with reliability at 0.85. The statistics used in data analysis comprised frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNI modified index. The research results were found that: 1. the current state of the environmental management for private charity schools in Buddhist temples in Khon Kaen province, in overall, was rated at a moderate level of practice, when considering in each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest practice was organizing activities for campaign and preserving the environment of schools which was at a high level, followed by cooperation between schools and community on aspect of environment, while the aspect with the lowest practice was environmental management of schools. 2. The desirable conditions of environmental management for private charity schools in Buddhist temples in Khon Kaen province, in overall, was rated at a high level, when considering in each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean value was the atmosphere and the environment of schools, followed by cooperation between schools and community on aspect of environment, while the aspect with the lowest practice was environmental management of schools. 3. The needs of environmental management for private charity schools in Buddhist temples in Khon Kaen province considered in each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the most importance was the atmosphere and the environment of schools, followed by environmental management of schools, while the aspect with the least importance was organizing activities for campaign and preserving the environment of schools respectively. 4. Recommendations for environmental management for private charity schools in Buddhist temples in Khon Kaen province were found that: 1) On the aspect of the atmosphere and the environment of schools: There should be encouragement to decorate classrooms to be suitable atmosphere for teaching and learning, 2) On the aspect of the environmental management of schools:  The buildings should be kept clean and safe, 3) On the aspect of cooperation between schools and community: There should be promotion of organizing activities with the community for the unity of schools, 4) On the aspect of organizing activities for campaign and preserving the environment of schools: There should be a campaign for turning off water and switching off every time after class.
