บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสภาพที่เป็นจริง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางของระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 จำนวน 334 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางสำเร็จรูป เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยคอมพิวเตอร์ ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา คำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสวนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐานและ Modified Priority Needs Index: PNImodified ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาตามประเด็นสำคัญ 5 ด้าน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 
1. สภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากและระดับมากที่สุดตามลำดับ 
2. ความต้องการจำเป็นพิจารณาจากค่า PNImodified อยู่ระหว่าง 0.058 - 0.076 เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน รองลงมาด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน และด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน
3. แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ควรมีการคัดกรองนักเรียนเป็น 3 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มปกติ กลุ่มเสี่ยง และกลุ่มมีปัญหา โดยการเยี่ยมบ้านนักเรียน ใช้แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมนักเรียน (SDQ) เป็นรายบุคคลตามกลุ่มที่คัดกรอง ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน สถานศึกษาควรจัดประชุมผู้ปกคอรง ทำความเข้าใจ และหาข้อตกลงร่วมกัน กำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะชีวิต โดยการจัดกิจกรรมชมรม/ชุมนุม ให้นักเรียนเลือกตามความสามารถของนักเรียนแต่ละคน ด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน สถานศึกษาควรประสานงานกับหน่วยงานทางด้านสาธารณสุข เพื่อให้ความรู้แก่นักเรียนในด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ มีการประชุมชี้แจงถึงปัญหาของนักเรียนและจัดทำข้อมูลพื้นฐานเพื่อจัดทำประวัตินักเรียนแต่ละคนอย่างเป็นระบบ 

Abstract

The purposes of the present descriptive research were to study the actual and desirable condition needs assessment and guidelines for system to support students in schools under the Office of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample groups used in the research were teachers in schools under the Office of Pathum Thani Primary Education Area 1, number 334 which determines the sample size from the finished table. Data were collected using 5-level rating scale questionnaire, analyzed by computer use descriptive statistics calculate the percentage, mean, standard deviation and Modified Priority Needs Index: PNI modified, qualitative data use content analysis based on 5 key aspects.

The research found that

1. Actual conditions and desirable conditions, the student support system under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 overall averages have high level and the highest level, respectively.

2. Needs assessment to be considered from the PNI modified value between 0.058 - 0.076, in the following order student screening, followed by students and the promotion of students.

3. Guidelines for developing student support systems for screening students, there should be screening of students in 3 groups: normal group, risk group and problem group visiting the student house Use student behavior assessment form (SDQ) individually according to the screening group. Student promotion, school should hold meetings of the collar holders, understand and find agreement, determine guidelines for developing life skills by organizing club activities / gatherings and students selected based on the ability of each student. Forwarding students, schools should coordinate with public health agencies to educate students in health promotion, meeting to clarify the issue of students and provide basic information to prepare each student records system.
