บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบความตรงของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างพหุระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ในภาคตะวันออก เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุพหุระดับที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ในภาคตะวันออก ระดับบุคคล และระดับโรงเรียน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ผลการตรวจสอบความตรงของโมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุพหุระดับที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในภาคตะวันออก มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พิจารณาจากค่า c2=29.69, df=19, c2/df = 1.56, p=0.056, CFI=0.997, RMSEA=0.028, SRMRw= 0.01, SRMRb= 0.02

2. ผลการศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุพหุระดับที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาคตะวันออก ระดับบุคคลและระดับโรงเรียน ดังนี้

2.1 ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุระดับบุคคล

ผลการวิเคราะห์ในครั้งนี้ยอมรับสมมติฐานหลักที่ว่าโมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุระดับบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาคตะวันออก มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พิจารณาจากค่า c2= 259.84, df=153, p = 0.77, c2/df= 1.70, RMSEA = 0.03, CFI = 0.98, TLI = 0.98, SRMR_w = 0.03, SRMR_b= 0.19 

2.2 ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุระดับโรงเรียน

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) To develop the multi-level causal structural equation model of factors affecting the academic administrative on small school in the eastern 2) To study the multi-level causal factors affecting the academic administrative on small school in the eastern. The indicidual level and school level.

The research found that:

1. The proposed model consisted muti-level causal model of factors affecting the academic administrative on smack school under the office of the basic education commission in the eastern. 3. The results of the development of a multi-level causal relationship model of factors affecting the effectiveness of academic administration of small school under the office the basic education commission in the eastern.

3.1 Causal factors of personal level found that
