บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรม สู่โรงเรียนคุณธรรม จริยธรรม วิทยาลัยพณิชยการเชตุพน 2. พัฒนารูปแบบคุณธรรม จริยธรรม สู่โรงเรียนคุณธรรม จริยธรรม วิทยาลัยพณิชยการเชตุพน โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กำหนดกรอบความคิดในการวิจัย จากคู่มือปฏิบัติ โรงเรียนคุณธรรม ของมูลนิธิยุวสถิรคุณแบ่งเป็น 5 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การชี้แจงความเข้าใจร่วมกัน 2) การกำหนดคุณธรรมเป้าหมายและคุณธรรมอัตลักษณ์ของโรงเรียน 3) การจัดทำโครงงานคุณธรรม 4) การลงมือร่วมกันปฏิบัติ 5) การนิเทศติดตามประเมินผลและเสริมแรงกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการสุ่มตามตารางของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน จำนวน 104 คน ประกอบด้วยครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา วิทยาลัยพณิชยการเชตุพนการพัฒนารูปแบบคุณธรรม จริยธรรม สู่โรงเรียนคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ผู้วิจัยได้นำเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรม การเตรียมความพร้อม กำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ 3 - 5 - 3 ประกอบด้วย 3 อัตลักษณ์ 5 กิจกรรม 3 ยุทธศาสตร์

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

ตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 1 ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเห็นด้วยในการปฏิบัติตาม 5 ขั้นตอน ของโรงเรียนคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ของมูลนิธิยุวสถิรคุณ พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ค่าเฉลี่ย ( $\bar{x}$ =4.44) ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ( $\bar{x}$ =4.49) ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ( $\bar{x}$ =4.45) ขั้นตอนที่ 4 ( $\bar{x}$ =4.47) ขั้นตอนที่ 5 ( $\bar{x}$ =4.38) และมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมทั้ง 5 ขั้นตอนอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $\bar{x}$ =4.44) ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบคุณธรรม จริยธรรม สู่โรงเรียนคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 2 ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีระดับความคิดเห็น ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 3 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ค่าเฉลี่ย ( $\bar{x}$ =3.90) ระยะที่ 2 ( $\bar{x}$ =3.90) และระยะที่ 3 ( $\bar{x}$ =3.91) ตามลำดับ

Abstract

ABSTRACT

Regarding to the first objective of this research, the findings revealed that the respondents likely agree on the five-step of virtuous school which belongs to You Sathirakul Foundation. It’s found that the average of mean score was statistically significant at the highest of all five steps. The step 1 ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.43), step 2 ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.49), step 3( $\bar{x}$ = 4.45), step 4 ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.47), and step 5 ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.38) respectively. And all five-step arithmetic mean score was ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.44) For the second objective of the research for the Pattern Development of Morality and Ethics towards the virtuous school, there are three phases of procession. The first phase is mutual readiness preparation (specify as the strategy of 3-5-3) Identity, responsibility, discipline and public consciousness. The five activities compose of self and other responsibility encouragement, the discipline encouragement, ethical development, voluntary encouragement and White School Project. Moreover the three-strategy are Teacher Development, Learner Development and Environmental Development.

The second phase is the Moral Reinforcement Action, the ethic which emphasizes on engaging process, Teacher Development for “Master Teacher” and to adhere to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. And the last phase is The Follow-up Supervision and Reinforcement with quality management of PDCA, by follow-up and supervision of all projects, there’s a proper publicize as well as the all reinforcement activities
