บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา สภาพ องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงราย  วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนแรกการศึกษาสภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามสมรรถนะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติ แจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์สภาพ ไปศึกษาองค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะขั้นตอนที่สอง และขั้นตอนสุดท้ายหาแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงรายในขั้นตอนสุดท้าย โดยจัดการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามสมรรถนะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงราย พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงราย ได้แก่ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะ ด้านแรงจูงใจ และด้านคุณลักษณะ

3. แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงราย ได้แก่ การอบรมวิชาการ การพัฒนาด้วยตนเอง การศึกษาดูงานนอกสถานที่ และการประชุมปรึกษาหารือ

Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research aims to study the condition of competency components and find the development approach of Transformational Leadership Competency of Private School Administrators in Chiang Rai Province. The research method is divided into 3 steps as follows: The first step is to study the working conditions by the development approach of Transformational Leadership Competency of Private School Administrators in Chiang Rai Province using questionnaire, Statistical analysis, Frequency Distribution, Find the percentage and standard deviation. Then bring the obtained data from analyzing to study the elements of the competency in the second step. The last step is to find the development approach of Transformational Leadership Competency of Private School Administrators in Chiang Rai using Focus Group Discussion. The research found those;
1. It was found that the overall level of working conditions by the development approach of Transformational Leadership Competency of Private School Administrators in Chiang Rai Province was very high.
2. The elements of Transformational Leadership Competency of Private School Administrators in Chiang Rai Province consist of knowledge, skills, motivation and attributes.
3. The development approach of Transformational Leadership Competency of Private School Administrators in Chiang Rai Province consists of 4 methods: self-study, training, field trips and conferences
