การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์ หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ และหาแนวทางพัฒนาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารหารโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้มาโดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซีและมอร์แกน ผู้บริหาร ครูหัวหน้าวิชาการ และครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 346 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 88 คน ครูหัวหน้าวิชาการ จำนวน 88 คนและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 170 คน การได้มาของกลุ่มตัวอย่างนี้ใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – Way ANOVA) และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ผลสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสภาพการดำรงตำแหน่งและขนาดของโรงเรียนโดยรวมมีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. ผลสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสภาพการดำรงตำแหน่งและขนาดของโรงเรียนโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

5. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยในการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับผลสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

6. ตัวแปรปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 3 ด้านได้แก่ด้านผู้บริหารด้านครู และด้านผู้เรียน ที่สามารถพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 47.80 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์ ± 0.38738

7. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนาจำนวน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านผู้บริหาร ด้านครู และด้านผู้เรียน

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research were to investigate, compare and find out relationship, predicting power and guidelines in the Factors Affecting success in Academic Administration of School Administrators under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 1. based on the respondents of the questionnaire classified by position attained, gender and school size, explore relationship between teachers’ participation and school effectiveness in school academic affairs. The school size designation was done by Crejie and Morgan’s Table. Samples consisted of 88 school administrators, 88 heads of academic affairs and 170 teachers through multistage random sampling technique. An instrument used to collect data was a rating scale questionnaire. Statistics employed included percentage, mend, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation, F-test (One – Way ANOVA), and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.

The findings were as follows:

1. Factors Affecting success in Academic Administration of School Administrators were at the high level.

2. and Success in academic administration of school administrators were at the high level.

3. Factors Affecting Success in Academic Administration of School Administrators, classified by condition Holding position. The overall school size was not significantly different. In terms of overall work experience, the difference was statistically significant at the .01 level.

4. Success in academic of school administrators. Under the jurisdiction of the Office classified by status of tenure and size of the school overall was different, statistically significant were at the .05 level. The overall work experience was significantly different at the .01 level of significance.

5. There was a positive relationship between Factors Affecting success in Academic Administration of School and Success in academic administration of school administrators was at the .01 level of significance.

6. Factors influencing the success of the academic administration of the school administrators were 3 aspects: teacher and learner management. The predictors of academic achievement of school administrators were statistically significant at the .01 level, the predictive power was 47.80% and the standard deviation of forecasts ± 0.38738

7. Factors affecting the success of academic administration of school administrators should be developed in 3 aspects: administrator of school, teacher and learner.
