บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของครูศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยต่อปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้นอกระบบระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนอำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของครูศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยต่อปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้นอกระบบระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนอำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้นอกระบบระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนอำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย อำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 103 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซีและมอร์แกน แล้วทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .983 และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทำการทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยใช้ t-test แบบ Independent Samples

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ระดับความคิดเห็นของครูศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยต่อปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้นอกระบบระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนอำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย  เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การสอนเสริม รองลงมา ได้แก่ การพบกลุ่ม การจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต และการทำโครงงาน ตามลำดับ

2. ความคิดเห็นของครูศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยต่อระดับปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้นอกระบบระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนอำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้นอกระบบระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนอำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ มีดังนี้ ควรเพิ่มเวลาในการสอนต่อสัปดาห์และยึดผู้เรียนเป็นหลัก จัดกิจกรรมการสอนแบบหลากหลาย และนำสื่อเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาใช้ในการสอน ควรจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาอาชีพและการส่งเสริมอาชีพ ควรกำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และวัตถุประสงค์ของการดำเนินงาน และมีการประเมินผลการจัดการศึกษาต่อเนื่อง ครูผู้สอนควรชี้แจงให้นักศึกษารู้เกี่ยวกับการเลือกทำโครงงานตามที่สาระการเรียนรู้จากเนื้อหาที่เรียนในควรจัดกิจกรรมอบรมนักศึกษาโดยสรรหาวิทยากรภายนอกมาให้ความรู้ในด้านต่างๆ และจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมอาชีพครูควรให้นักศึกษาสามารถเลือกทำกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตได้ตามความสนใจ เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการดำเนินชีวิตให้ตนเองมีโอกาสแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์ โดยฝึกทักษะการคิด การแก้ปัญหา และความมีเหตุผลเป็นกิจกรรมที่ชุมชนเห็นความสำคัญและให้ความร่วมมือ และรายงานผลการดำเนินงานตามโครงการเมื่อสิ้นสุดโครงการ

Abstract

The research objectives were: 1) to study the opinions of the teachers in Non–formal and Informal Education Center (NF and IFEC) toward the problems on Non-Formal Learning Management (NFLM) at the basic education level of Community Learning Center (CLC), Mueang Chaiyaphum Distrcit, Chaiyaphum Province., 2) to compare the level of the opinions of the teachers in NF and IEC toward the problems on NFLM at the basic education level of CLC, Mueang Chaiyaphum District, Chaiyaphum Province., and 3) to study the suggestions for developing NFLM at the basic education level of CLC, Mueang Chaiyaphum District, Chaiyaphum Province. The samples were 103 teachers of NF and IFEC in the academic year 2017. The sample size was determined by Krejcie and Morgan Sample Size Tables and Stratified Random Sampling. The instruments for collecting the data were 5-Rating Scale questionnaires with the reliability of .983 and Structured Interview. Statistics for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the hypothesis was tested by t-test (Independent Samples).

The research results revealed that :

1. The level of the opinions of the teachers of NF and IFEC toward the problems of NFLM at the basic education level of CLC, Mueang Chaiyaphum District, Chaiyaphum Province as a whole was at a low level. When considering each aspect, the highest mean scores were the supplementary instruction.  And it was followed by life quality improvement and project work, respectively.

2. The opinions of the teachers of NF and IEC toward the level the problems of NFLM at the basic education level of CLC, Mueang Chaiyaphum District, Chaiyaphum Province classified by work experience as a whole and each aspect were not different.

3. The suggestions for developing NFLM at the basic education level of CLC, Mueang Chaiyaphum District, Chaiyaphum Province: They should increase the time of teaching per week and focus on student-centered, provide a variety of teaching activities, employ using technology in teaching, organize the education for developing and supporting the career. They should specify the target groups and the objectives of the operation and evaluate the students’ learning continuously, the teachers should encourage the students to make the project work based on the content they have learned in the classroom and their interests and also relevant to their daily lives. The teachers should let the students plan and develop the project together. They should organize the students training activities by recruiting external speakers to provide the knowledge in various fields and to promote the careers. The teachers should let the students choose their quality life activities according to their interests in order to improve their life skills. The teachers should give the opportunity to their students to exchange knowledge and experience in order to practice in thinking, problem-solving and reasoning. It is an activity that people in the community realize its importance. They should report the project operation at the end of the project.
