บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์ และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารที่สัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ / ใหญ่พิเศษ ในเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของสำนักงานศึกษาธิการภาค 11 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหารงานทั่วไป ครูผู้รับผิดชอบระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และครูประจำชั้น ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 323 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกนโดยใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง และการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi - stage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ ซึ่งแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร มีอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.32 - 0.81 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.83 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน มีอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.33 – 0.69 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - Way ANOVA) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product - Moment Correlation Coefficient)
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
        1. ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 
        2. ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 
        3. ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร จำแนกตามสถานภาพ จังหวัดที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
        4. ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน จำแนกสถานภาพ ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน และจังหวัดที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนที่ต่างกัน พบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
        5. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (rXtYt = .207) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
        6. แนวทางการพัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย
            6.1 แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัล จำนวน 3 ด้าน คือ 1) วิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาการกำหนดนโยบาย กำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ กำหนดกลยุทธ์ 2) ความสามารถในการใช้ดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร พัฒนาตนเองให้มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 3) การสื่อสารดิจิทัล ใช้สื่อดิจิทัลในการติดต่อสื่อสาร
            6.2 แนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลของการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน จำนวน 2 ด้าน คือ 1) กำหนดทิศทาง/กลยุทธ์ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน 2) การวางระบบและแผนการดำเนินงาน ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีการวางระบบงานที่ชัดเจน สะดวก รวดเร็ว

Abstract

    This research aims to study the relationship, find predictive power and find ways to develop digital leadership of administrators related to the effectiveness of student care system management in large/extra large schools in the area of responsibility of the Office of Educational Service Area 11. The sample group used in the research consisted of school directors, deputy directors for general administration, teachers responsible for the student care system and homeroom teachers in the academic year 2024, totaling 323 people from 19 schools The sample size was determined using Krejci and Morgan's table using multi-stage random sampling. The data collection tools were a 5 - level rating scale questionnaire, consisting of a questionnaire on digital leadership of executives with a discrimination power between 0.30 - 0.85 and a reliability value of 0.96; a questionnaire on the effectiveness of student support system management with a discrimination power between 0.37 - 0.99 and a reliability value of 0.97 and interview forms for guidelines for developing digital leadership of administrators related to the effectiveness of student support system management. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, F - test. For school size testing, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's Product - Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis were used. 
    The findings were as follows
        1. The overall digital leadership of executives is at a high level. 
        2. The effectiveness of the management of the student assistance system is at the highest level overall.
        3. Digital leadership of administrators classified by position status, work experience, and school province are generally different.
        4. The overall effectiveness of the management of the student assistance system is not different. 
        5. The relationship between digital leadership of administrators and the effectiveness of student care system management found that overall there was a low positive relationship (r_xy = .207). 
        6. This research presents guidelines for developing digital leadership of administrators in 3 areas that affect the effectiveness of student care system management in large/extra large schools in the area under the responsibility of the Office of the Basic Education Commission Region 11, namely, digital vision, digital capabilities of administrators, digital communication, and guidelines for developing the effectiveness of student care system management in 2 areas: setting direction/strategy, system design and operational planning.
