บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์ หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ และแนวทางพัฒนาปัจจัยคัดสรรทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 3 การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาปัจจัยคัดสรรทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของครูในโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของตามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรในโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 360 คน ได้มาโดยการวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยคัดสรรทางการบริหาร มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.982 และความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของครูในโรงเรียน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.984 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายแบบเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์
การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้น ตอนที่ 2 แนวทางการพัฒนาปัจจัยคัดสรรทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของครูในโรงเรียน ใช้การสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา 
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 
        1. ปัจจัยคัดสรรทางการบริหารและความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของครูในโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 
        2. ปัจจัยคัดสรรทางการบริหารและความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของครูในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามศูนย์เครือข่ายสถานศึกษา โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนที่ปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 
        3. ปัจจัยคัดสรรทางการบริหารกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของครูในโรงเรียน โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก 
        4. ปัจจัยคัดสรรทางการบริหารที่สามารถพยากรณ์ความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของครูในโรงเรียน จำนวน 3 ด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 90.1 5) แนวทางการพัฒนา จำนวน 3 ด้าน คือ ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ ปัจจัยประสิทธิภาพของการใช้งบประมาณ และปัจจัยการพัฒนาบุคลากร

Abstract

    The purpose of this research is to study, compare, and find relationships. Find the power of prophecy and guidelines for developing Selected administrative factors affecting teachers' organizational commitment. In schools under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research is divided into 2 steps: Part 1 Study of selected administrative factors that affect teachers' organizational commitment. in the school according to the opinions of the educational institution school personnel. The sample group used in the research consisted of 360 people. Academic year 2024 Obtained by random sampling method. The research tool was a questionnaire on administrative factors based on the new normal concept. It has a reliability value of 0.987 and is a learning organization of educational institutions. It has a confidence value of 0.987. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. T - test analysis One - way analysis of variance Pearson's simple correlation coefficient Multiple regression analysis at each stage Part 2: Guidelines for developing administrative factors according to the New Normal concept that affect the learning organization of educational institutions. Using expert interviews and content analysis 1) Administrative factors according to the new normal of school administrators and being a learning organization of educational institutions were at the high level as a whole, 2) The administrative selection factors and organizational commitment of teachers in schools classified by educational network centers were significantly different overall at a statistical level of .01, and classified by school size in which they worked were not significantly different overall, 3) the administrative selection factors and teachers' organizational commitment in schools have a positive relationship at a very high level. 4) The administrative selection factors that can predict the organizational commitment of teachers in schools in 3 dimensions with statistical significance at the .01 level, together predicting 90.1 percent. 5) Development guidelines in 3 areas: learning environment factors, budget efficiency factors, and personnel development factors.
