บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบการบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน 3) สร้าง และประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน 4) เพื่อศึกษาผลการนำรูปแบบการบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียนไปดำเนินการในโรงเรียน การศึกษาประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 สังเคราะห์แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบการบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน และขั้นตอนที่ 3 การสร้าง และประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน 
    ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 
        1. การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบการบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน พบว่า มีองค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อการเรียนรู้ 2) ด้านคุณภาพของครู 3) ด้านคุณภาพนักเรียน 4) ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ 5) ด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และ 6) ด้านการใช้ ICT เพื่อการสอนและสนับสนุนการสอน 
        2. การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันในการบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
        3. การสร้าง และประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการและเหตุผลของรูปแบบ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ 3) สาระสำคัญของรูปแบบ ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อการเรียนรู้ (2) ด้านคุณภาพของครู (3) ด้านคุณภาพนักเรียน (4) ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ (5) ด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และ (6) ด้านการใช้ ICT เพื่อการสอนและสนับสนุนการสอน 4) แนวทางนำรูปแบบสู่การปฏิบัติ และ5) เงื่อนไขสนับสนุนสู่ความสำเร็จ สำหรับผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารห้องเรียนคุณภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพ พบว่า ด้านความมีประโยชน์ ด้านความเป็นไปได้ ด้านความเหมาะสม และด้านความถูกต้อง อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 

Abstract

    This research aimed 1) Study and synthesize components of quality classroom administration to enhance student quality; 2) Study the current status and desired status of quality classroom administration to enhance student quality; 3) Create and evaluate a model of quality classroom administration to enhance student quality; and 4) Study the results of implementing the model of quality classroom administration to enhance student quality in schools. The study consisted of 4 steps as follows: Step 1: Synthesize concepts of components of quality classroom administration to enhance student quality; Step 2: Study the current status and desired status of quality classroom administration to enhance student quality; and Step 3: Create and evaluate a model of quality classroom administration to enhance student quality. The research instruments consisted of 1) Current Status and Desired Status Questionnaire, 2) Format Evaluation Form, 3) Format User Manual Evaluation Form, and 4) Quality Classroom Management Evaluation Form. The statistics used for analysis were PNI modified, and  , S.D.
    The research results found that
        1. Analysis of the components of quality classroom management to improve the quality of students found that there are the following components: 1) Environment arrangement for learning 2) Teacher quality 3) Student quality 4) Learning management 5) Classroom research and 6) Use of ICT for teaching and supporting teaching.
        2. A study of the current and desired conditions of classroom management for improving the quality of students found that the current conditions of classroom management for improving the quality of students were at a high level overall. The desired conditions of classroom management for improving the quality of students were at the highest level overall
        3. The creation and evaluation of the quality classroom management model to enhance the quality of students found that the quality classroom management model to enhance the quality of students consisted of 1) principles and reasons of the model, 2) objectives of the model, 3) essential elements of the model, namely (1) organizing the learning environment, (2) teacher quality, (3) student quality, (4) learning management, (5) classroom research, and (6) using ICT for teaching and supporting teaching, 4) guidelines for implementing the model, and 5) supporting conditions for success. For the evaluation results of the quality classroom management model to enhance the quality, it was found that the usefulness, feasibility, appropriateness, and correctness were at the highest level.
