บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ศึกษาระดับความสัมพันธ์และแนวทางการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษมัธยมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 329 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดสถานศึกษา และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญที่ใช้ในการสนทนากลุ่ม คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 8 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาระหว่าง 0.67 - 1.00 และมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.82 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
        1. ระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี พบว่า ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ชุมชนกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ด้านให้บริการชุมชน ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ ด้านรับความช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนจากชุมชน และด้านการจัดตั้งกลุ่ม ชมรม สมาคมหรือมูลนิธิฯ 
        2. แนวทางการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี มีดังนี้ 
            2.1 ด้านให้บริการชุมชน ผู้บริหารส่งเสริมให้คุณครูแบ่งปันความรู้ให้บริการชุมชน อำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้อาคารสถานที่ เปิดโอกาสให้ความช่วยเหลือชุมชนตามความต้องการของชุมชน 
            2.2 ด้านรับความช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนจากชุมชน สถานศึกษาสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชน เปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้ชุมชนได้รับทราบรายงานความก้าวหน้าของผลจากการที่ดำเนินงาน
ตามที่ชุมชนให้ความช่วยเหลือสนับสนุน 
            2.3 ด้านเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ชุมชนกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ผู้บริหารควรมีการกำหนดบุคลากรสร้างความสัมพันธ์ ที่เอื้ออำนวยให้เกิดความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อกันระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนและหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ 
            2.4 ด้านการจัดตั้งกลุ่ม ชมรม สมาคมหรือมูลนิธิฯ สถานศึกษาดำเนินการขอจัดตั้งกลุ่ม ชมรม สมาคม และมูลนิธิฯ แสวงหาแนวทางความร่วมมือและสนับสนุนสถานศึกษาให้บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ 
            2.5 ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ สถานศึกษาสร้างองค์ความรู้ด้านการสื่อสาร การประชาสัมพันธ์ ข้อมูลข่าวสารต่าง ๆ ของสถานศึกษาและรับฟังความคิดเห็นของชุมชนเพื่อพัฒนาปรับปรุงสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของชุมชน 

Abstract

    This research aimed to study the relationship and guidelines for promoting the relationship between schools and communities of schools under the Secondary educational Area Office SuphanBuri. The samples used in this research were 329 administrators, teachers, and basic education committees of educational institutions under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, using stratified sampling according to the size of the educational institution. The key informants used in the focus group discussion were 8 experts who were specifically selected. The research instrument was a 5 - level rating scale questionnaire with content validity between 0.67 - 1.00 and reliability of 0.82. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
    The research results found that:
        1. The level of relationship between schools and communities of educational institutions under the Office of the Secondary Education Area of Suphan Buri found that overall and in each aspect were at a high level, ranked in order of average value from highest to lowest as follows: strengthening community relations with other agencies, providing community services, public relations, receiving support and assistance from the community, and establishing groups, clubs, associations or foundations.
        2. Guidelines for promoting the relationship between schools and communities of schools under the Secondary educational Area Office SuphanBuri. are as follows: 
            2.1 In terms of community service, administrators encourage teachers to share their knowledge to serve the community, facilitate the use of buildings and facilities, and provide opportunities for community assistance according to community needs. 
            2.2 In terms of receiving support from the community, educational institutions create community participation and provide opportunities for the community to participate in various activities so that the community is informed of progress reports on the results of operations as supported by the community. 
            2.3 In terms of strengthening community relations with other agencies, administrators should assign personnel to build relationships that facilitate good relationships between the school, the community, and other agencies. 
            2.4 In terms of establishing groups, clubs, associations, or foundations, educational institutions apply for the establishment of groups, clubs, associations, and foundations, and seek ways of cooperation and support educational institutions to achieve their objectives. 
            2.5 In terms of public relations, educational institutions create knowledge, communication, public relations, and various information of the educational institution, and listen to community opinions to develop and improve in line with community needs.
