บทคัดย่อ

    การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 8 2) ศึกษาสมรรถนะหลักของครู ในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 8 และ 3) ศึกษาแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักของครู ในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 8 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการครูในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 8 จำนวน 165 คน จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามสัดส่วนของจำนวนข้าราชการในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ โดยเทียบบัญญัติไตรยางศ์ตามสัดส่วนศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ หลังจากนั้นจึงใช้การสุ่มครูด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายด้วยวิธีการจับสลาก ตามลำดับ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.971 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน 
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 
        1. แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 8 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 
        2. สมรรถนะหลักของครู ในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 8 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 
        3. แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักของครู ในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 8 มี 3 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ด้านความสำเร็จในการทำงาน ด้านความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงาน และด้านการได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 0.909 ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนเนื่องจากการพยากรณ์มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.210 สามารถทำนายสมรรถนะหลักของครู ในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่ม 8 ได้ร้อยละ 0.826 (R² = .826) สามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ และคะแนนมาตรฐานได้ดังนี้ Y ̂= .600 + .402 (X₄) + .293 (X₁) + .187 (X₃)  Z ̂= .436 (X₄) + .313 (X₁) + .223 (X₃)

Abstract

    The objectives of this study were: 1) Study teachers' work motivation in the Special Education Center under the Special Education Bureau, Group 8., 2) Study core competencies of teachers in the Special Education Center under the Special Education Bureau, Group 8, and 3) Study teachers' work motivation affecting the core competencies of teachers in the Special Education Center under the Special Education Bureau, Group 8. The sample group consisted of 165 civil servant teachers in the Special Education Center under the Special Education Bureau, Group 8. They were obtained by Stratified Random Sampling in proportion to the number of civil servants by using three rules according to the proportion of the Special Education Center. After that, the teachers were randomly selected using Simple Random Sampling by drawing lottery, respectively. The tool used was a 5 - level rating scale questionnaire, and reliability of 0.976. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. 
    The results showed that: 
        1. Teachers' work motivation in the Special Education Center under the Special Education Bureau, Group 8, in both a whole aspect and each aspect, was at a high level. 
        2. Core competencies of teachers in the Special Education Center under the Special Education Bureau, Group 8, in both a whole aspect and each aspect, were at a high level. 
        3. Teachers' work motivation affecting the core competencies of teachers in the Special Education Center under the Special Education Bureau, Group 8, consisted of 3 variables: Success in work, Advancement in job position, and Acceptance and respect. The multiple correlation coefficient was 0.909. The forecast error was 0.210. The predicted core competencies of teachers in the Special Education Center under the Special Education Bureau, Group 8, were 82.60% (R² = 0.826). Predictive equations could be created in the form of raw scores and standard scores as follows: Y ̂= 0.600 + 0.402 (X₄) + 0.293 (X₁) + 0.187 (X₃)  Z ̂= 0.436 (X₄) + 0.313 (X₁) + 0.223 (X₃)
