บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล 2) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัย ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทำงานและขนาดสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 205 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ตามขนาดสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t - test แบบ Independent Sample Test และ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - Way ANOVA Analysis)
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 
        บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัย ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงาน ครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัยมีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัยแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .001 และ .05 ตามลำดับ ส่วนจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัยมีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารงานวิชาการ ระดับปฐมวัยไม่แตกต่างกัน ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสตูล ประเด็นที่มีการเสนอแนะมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้

Abstract

    The objectives of this study were: 1) Study the role of school administrators in academic administration of the early childhood level under the Office of Satun Primary Educational Service Area., 2) Compare the role of school administrators in academic administration of the early childhood level, according to the opinions of early childhood teachers under the office of Satun Primary Educational Service Area, which were classified by educational level, work experience, and school size., 3) Study the suggestions regarding the role of school administrators in academic administration of the early childhood level under the office of Satun Primary Educational Service Area. The sample group was the early childhood teachers under the office of Satun Primary Educational Service Area. The sample size was 205 people using stratified random sampling according to the size of school. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test, Independent Sample Test, and One - Way ANOVA.
    The results showed that
        The role of school administrators in academic administration of the early childhood level under the office of Satun Primary Educational Service Area, in a whole aspect, was at a high level. When comparing the role of school administrators in academic administration at the early childhood level according to the opinions of early childhood teachers under the office of Satun Primary Educational Service Area, classified by educational level and work experience, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference at the .001 and .05 level. When classified by the size of the schools, it was found to be not different. In the suggestions regarding the role of school administrators in academic administration of the early childhood level under the office of Satun Primary Educational Service Area, it was found that the most frequently suggested aspect was organizing learning experiences.
