บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา สังกัดกลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่มเครือข่ายที่ 9 การวิจัยครั้งนี้ แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของศึกษาภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยการศึกษาแบบปฏิบัติการที่เป็นเลิศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 3 คน ที่มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและยืนยันองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัล โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบยืนยันองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา และร้อยละ ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูผู้สอนจำนวน 217 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.917 และ 0.929 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
        1. องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามี 4 องค์ประกอบ 30 ตัวชี้วัด ประกอบด้วย 1) องค์ประกอบด้านความรู้ยุคดิจิทัล มี 8 ตัวชี้วัด 2) องค์ประกอบด้านวิสัยทัศน์ยุคดิจิทัล มี 7 ตัวชี้วัด 3) องค์ประกอบด้านการสื่อสารยุคดิจิทัล มี 7 ตัวชี้วัด และ 4) องค์ประกอบด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมยุคดิจิทัล มี 8 ตัวชี้วัด
        2. สมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา สังกัดกลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่มเครือข่ายที่ 9 โดยใช้ภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษาเป็นตัวแปรพยากรณ์ ได้อำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 60.40 โดยมีสมการ ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ ดังนี้  Y ̂= 2.352 + .311(X₁) + .187(X₃) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z ̂= .500(X₁) + .344(X₃)

Abstract

    The purposes of this research were: 1) to study components and indicators of digital era leadership of school administrators, and 2) to create digital leadership of school administrators affecting the quality assurance in schools under the 9th Efficiency Promotion Network Group in Special Education Center. The research was conducted 2 phases. The first phase was to investigate the component of the digital era leadership of school administrators. The best practice was studied out of 3 school administrators who were selected purposively for the in - depth interview. There were 5 experts to verify the components and indicators of digital era leadership. The instruments were unstructured interview form. Content analysis and percentage used in data analysis. The second phase was to study the digital era leadership of school administrators. The samples were 217 teachers under the 9th Efficiency Promotion Network Group in Special Education Center using stratified random sampling. The instrument was a 5 rating scales questionnaire with the reliability of .917 and .929 respectively the statistics for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis were also employed.
    The results of the research showed that
        1. The components of digital era leadership of school administrators had 4 components and 30 indicators consisting of 8 indicators of the digital era knowledge, 7 indicators of digital era vision, 7 indicators of digital era communication and 7 indicators of building era digital culture.    
        2. The forecasting equation for the digital leadership of school administrators affecting the quality assurance in schools under the 9th Efficiency Promotion Network Group in Special Education Center, by using digital era leadership of school administrators as predictive variable 60.40 percent power, with the following equation. The forecasting equation in raw scores as follows equation of raw score: Y ̂= 2.352 + .311(X₁) + .187(X₃) The equation of standard score: Z ̂= .500(X₁) + .344(X₃)
