บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์  หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัลที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนครเขต 3 กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครซี่และมอร์แกน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้ขนาดของโรงเรียนเป็นชั้น ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 324 คน ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 81 คน ครู 205 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัล มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.398 - 0.812 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.963 และแบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.304 - 0.858 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.938 และแบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางพัฒนา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้สถิติทดสอบค่าที (t - test) ชนิด Independent Sample) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
        1. ความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 
        2. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
        3. ความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัล จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง และขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวม
ไม่แตกต่างกัน
        4. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
ที่ระดับ .05 และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
        5. ความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัลกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวม พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ (rXtYt = 0.539) 
        6. ความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัล จำนวน 2 ด้าน สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คือ คุณธรรม จริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และการมีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล
เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 51 มีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ ±0.22057
        7. การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาความเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพยุคดิจิทัล จำนวน 2 ด้าน ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน คือ 1) คุณธรรม จริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล โดยผู้บริหารต้องมีการพัฒนาตนเอง โดยมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมเป็นที่ตั้งในด้านของการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสม 2) การมีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกลเท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยผู้บริหารต้องวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล สามารถปรับตัวให้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง มีการวางแผนพัฒนาสถานศึกษาอย่างเป็นระบบ

Abstract

    The purposes of this research were to examine, compare, determine the relationship, identify the predictive power, and establish guidelines for developing the Professional School Administrators in the Digital Era Affecting the Effectiveness of School Administration under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, as perceived by administrators and teachers with different positions. The sample group consisted of 324 school administrators and teachers in the academic year 2024, including 81 school administrators and 243 teachers. The research instruments included a 5 - rating scale questionnaire comprising a questionnaire on professional digital - era administrators, with discrimination values ranging from 0.398 to 0.812 and a reliability coefficient of 0.963, a questionnaire on school administration effectiveness, with discrimination values ranging from 0.304 to 0.858 and a reliability coefficient of 0.938, and an interview form for development guidelines. Statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent Samples t - test, One - Way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.
    The findings were as follows:
        1. The overall level of the Professional School Administrators in the Digital Era was at the highest level.
        2. The overall level of the Effectiveness of School Administration was at the highest level.
        3. The Professional School Administrators in the Digital Era categorized by administrative position and school size showed statistically significant differences at the .01 level in both overall and specific aspects. However, there was no significant difference based on work experience.
        4. The overall level of the Effectiveness of School Administration categorized by administrative position showed statistically significant differences at the .01 level, categorized by school size, the overall effectiveness showed statistically significant differences at the .05 level. However, there was no significant difference based on work experience.
        5. There was a moderate positive correlation between the Professional School Administrators in the Digital Era and the Effectiveness of School Administration, with a statistically significant correlation coefficient of 0.539 at the .01 level.
        6. Two aspects of the Professional School Administrators in the Digital Era could significantly predict the Effectiveness of School Administration at the .01 level: (1) digital ethics and morality and (2) a broad and adaptive vision, with a predictive power of 51%.
        7. This research proposed two key development guidelines for the Professional School Administrators in the Digital Era that influence the Effectiveness of School Administration: 1) Digital ethics and morality – Administrators must focus on self-development with a foundation of ethics and morality in using appropriate technology. 2) A broad and adaptive vision – Administrators should have a forward-thinking perspective, adapt to changes, and systematically plan for school development.
