บทคัดย่อ

    การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 2) ศึกษาการสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 และ 3) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อการสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 จำนวน 306 คน จากนั้นสุ่มสถานศึกษาแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนของขนาดสถานศึกษาโดยเปรียบเทียบบัญญัติไตรยางศ์ และสุ่มอย่างง่ายด้วยวิธีการจับสลาก ตามลำดับ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน 
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 
        1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อการสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 
        2. การสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 
        3. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อการสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 มี 3 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลง (X₅) ด้านการสร้างสัมพันธ์ (X₄) และด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจ (X₃) โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ .900 ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนเนื่องจากการพยากรณ์มีค่าเท่ากับ .317 สามารถทำนายการสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 ได้ร้อยละ 80.90 (R² = .809)
 

Abstract

    The objectives of this study were: 1) Study the leadership of educational administrators in the 21st century under the Office of Pattani Primary Education Service Area 1, 2) Study the creation of a happy organization in educational under the Office of Pattani Primary Education Service Area 1, and 3) Study the leadership of educational administrators in the 21st century that affects the creation of happy organizations in educational under the Office of Pattani Primary Education Service Area 1. The sample group consisted of 306 teachers in educational under the Office of Pattani Primary Education Service Area 1. They were obtained by stratified random sampling of educational in proportion to the size of the school by comparing the Three Rules, followed by simple random sampling by drawing a lottery, respectively. The tool used was a 5 - level rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. 
    The results showed that 
        1. The leadership of educational administrators in the 21st century under the Office of Pattani Primary Education Service Area 1, in both a whole and each aspect, was at a high level. 
        2. The creation of a happy organization in educational under the Office of Pattani Primary Education Service Area 1, in both a whole and each aspect, was at a high level. 
        3. The leadership of educational institution administrators in the 21st century that affects the creation of happy organizations in educational under the Office of Pattani Primary Education Service Area 1, there were 3 variables: Change (X₅), Relationship building (X₄), and Motivation (X₃). The multiple correlation coefficient was .900. The forecast error was .317. The creation of a happy organization in educational institutions under the Office of Pattani Primary Education Service Area 1 was predicted at 80.90 percent (R₂ = .809).
