บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของการผลิตบัณฑิตหลักสูตรดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 143 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 9 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามและการสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 
    ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 
        1. ความต้องการของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียโดยภาพรวม พบว่า ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต้องการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาเอก การวางแผนการศึกษาต่ออยู่ระหว่างการตัดสินใจ  มีความต้องการศึกษาในวันเสาร์และวันอาทิตย์ เน้นแบบการศึกษารายวิชาและทำวิทยานิพนธ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 36 หน่วยกิต  ส่วนปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจการศึกษาต่อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ค่าใช้จ่ายในการศึกษา 
        2. ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของบัณฑิต ได้แก่ ความรู้  ทักษะ จริยธรรม และลักษณะบุคคล และผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ดังกล่าวโดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

    The purposes of this research were to study the needs of stakeholders and the learning outcomes of the production of graduates in the Doctoral degree program in Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Ramkhamhaeng University. The research were a mixed methods using both quantitative and qualitative methods from 143 samples, 9 informants using a set of questionnaire and focus group. Data analysis methods comprised mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
    The research results showed that: 
        1. The overall needs of stakeholders indicated that stakeholders were interested in studying for a doctoral degree, although the decision to further their studies was still under consideration. They preferred studying on Saturdays and Sundays, focusing on coursework and completing a thesis of no less than 36 credits. Educational expenses were the factor with the highest mean affecting their decision to continue their studies. 
        2. The overall learning outcomes of graduates, which included knowledge, skills, ethics, and personal characteristics, had the highest mean.
