บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารทั่วไปในโรงเรียน และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารทั่วไป และครูผู้สอน ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร จำนวน 334 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 45 คน หัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารทั่วไป จำนวน 45 คน และ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 244 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามขนาดของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ โดยแบบสอบถามเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วย ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.274 - 0.777 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.973 ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานทั่วไปในโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.274 – 0.777 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.979 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหา ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ และค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน 
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
        1. ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
        2. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารทั่วไป โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
        3. ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านมีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
        4. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารทั่วไปในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ขนาดของโรงเรียนและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า โดยรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน
        5. ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารทั่วไปใน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับสูง (r_xy = 0.795**) 
        6. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้ดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร จำนวน 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล ผู้บริหารมองเห็นถึงความสำคัญและเป้าหมายให้ชัดเจนในการสร้างนวัตกรรมและส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการนำดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการบริหารงานในสถานศึกษา ด้านการรู้ดิจิทัล ผู้บริหารควรพัฒนาตนเอง ครู และบุคลากรทางกาศึกษาด้วยการอบรม เรียนรู้ทักษะดิจิทัล รู้วิธีการใช้ นำมาประยุกต์ในการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา ให้เป็นรูปธรรม จนเกิดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการบริหารงาน ด้านการสื่อสารดิจิทัล ผู้บริหารต้องเป็นผู้นำในการใช้แอปพลิเคชันและเทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารได้ทั้งแบบออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ เพื่อลดขั้นตอนที่ไม่จำเป็นและภาระงานที่ซ้ำซ้อน ทำให้การบริหารจัดการมีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดความคุ้มค่า ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ดิจิทัล ผู้บริหารควรเป็นผู้นำในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านดิจิทัลอย่างรอบด้าน สนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการปฏิบัติงานและสร้างเครือข่ายเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านดิจิทัลอย่างต่อเนื่อง และด้านการพัฒนาสู่มืออาชีพทางดิจิทัล ผู้บริหารต้องมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่ชัดเจนในการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนาการศึกษาและบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนอย่างสร้างสรรค์ และก้าวสู่ยุคดิจิทัลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

    The purposes of this research were to investigate, compare, identify the relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and establish guidelines for developing of school administrators and the effectiveness of general administration in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakonnakhon. The samples consisted of 45 administrators, 45 heads of the general administration group, and 244 Teachers, yielding a total of 334 participants working in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakonnakhon. The sample size was determined by using Stratified Random Sampling. The research instruments were questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaires were in the form of a 5 - level rating score, consisting of a questionnaire on transformational leadership of administrators with a discrimination power between 0.274 and 0.777 and a reliability value of 0.973 and the effectiveness of general administration in schools with the discriminative power ranging from 0.274 to 0.777 and the reliability of 0.979. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product - moment correlation coefficient.
    The findings were as follows:
        1. The school administrators’ digital leadership and the effectiveness of general administration as perceived by participants, were overall at a high level.    
        2. General administrative effectiveness as perceived by participants, were overall at a high level.
        3. The school administrators’ digital leadership classified by tenure status and position and work experience was found to be not different overall and in each aspect. As for the classification by school size, it was found that overall and in each aspect were different with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
        4. The general administrative effectiveness in schools classified by position status the size of the school and the experience of work were found to be overall not different.
        5. Correlation coefficient on the relationship between executive digital leadership and general administrative. Statistically significant at the .01 level, overall the relationship is at a high level (r_xy = .795**).
        6. Guidelines for developing the digital status of executives in 5 areas in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakonnakhon. In terms of having a digital vision Administrators see the importance and clear goals of creating innovation. Digital literacy Administrators should develop themselves, teachers, and educational personnel through training. Learn digital skills know how to use Applied in the management of educational institutions. Digital communication executives must be leaders in using applications and communication technologies both online and offline. Creating a digital learning culture executives should take the lead in promoting the development of personnel with comprehensive digital knowledge and abilities.
