บทคัดย่อ

ในช่วงวัยเวลาแห่งการทำงานคงไม่มีใครปฏิเสธได้ว่า องค์กรเปรียบเสมือนบ้านหลังที่สอง ซึ่งได้ทุ่มเทเวลาและชีวิตให้กับองค์กรเกินครึ่งหนึ่งของวัน และแน่นอนทุกคนย่อมปรารถนาสิ่งตอบแทนจากองค์กร นั่นคือองค์ประกอบและปัจจัยในการจัดการองค์กรแห่งความสุข (Happy Workplace) ทั้งความสุขในการทำงานและความสุขในการดำเนินชีวิต แต่จะทำอย่างไรให้องค์กรเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุข ในบทความนี้จึงได้นำเสนอองค์ประกอบและปัจจัยในการบริหารโรงเรียนให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขตามนิยามแห่งความสุขของพระพุทธศาสนา อันประกอบด้วย ความสบาย ความสำราญ ความฉ่ำชื่นรื่นกายรื่นใจ หรือกายิกสุข สุขทางกาย และเจตสิกสุข สุขทางใจ โดยให้ความสำคัญกับการกำหนดองค์ประกอบและปัจจัยในองค์กรแห่งความสุข โดยเริ่มต้น จากผู้บริหาร ซึ่งเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นสำคัญของการกำหนดองค์ประกอบและปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการองค์กรแห่งความสุข “คนทำงานมีความสุข (Happy People) ที่ทำงานน่าอยู่ (Happy Home) ชุมชนสมานฉันท์ (Happy Teamwork)” องค์กรผ่านระบบกลไกการบริหารจัดการองค์กรแห่งความสุข เริ่มจากกระบวนการบูรณาการการมีส่วนร่วมภายในองค์กรทุกภาคส่วน บนพื้นฐานของความสุขจากการทำงาน องค์ประกอบและปัจจัยในการบริหารโรงเรียนให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุข ได้แก่ 1) ความสุขทางด้านจิตใจ 2) ความสุขทางด้านสังคม 3) ความสุขทางด้านการเงิน 4) ความสุขทางด้านสมอง 5) ความสุขด้านครอบครัว 6) ความสุขทางด้านร่างกาย 7) ความสุขจากการปฏิบัติตนอยู่ในระเบียบ 8) ความสุขจากความร่วมมือของผู้ปกครองและชุมชน 9) ความสุขจากการผ่อนคลาย 10) ความสุขจากวัสดุอุปกรณ์ดีพร้อม 11) ความสุขจากความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน 12) ความสุขทางวัฒนธรรม 13) ความสุขจากสภาพแวดล้อมดี 14) ความสุขจากการคิดเชิงบวก 15) ความสุขจากนโยบายการบริหารงาน 16) ความสุขจากสวัสดิการของโรงเรียน สรุป องค์ประกอบและปัจจัยเหล่านี้สามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติในการบริหารจัดการเพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้บนพื้นฐานแห่งความสุขที่ทุกคนปรารถนา บนพื้นฐานการมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างบุคลากรทุกภาคส่วนและองค์กร

Abstract

During the working period, no one can deny that the organization is like a second home, which has devoted more than half of the day and life to the organization. And of course, everyone wants something in return from the organization, which is the elements and factors in managing a happy organization (Happy Workplace), both happiness in work and happiness in life. But how to make the organization a happy organization? This article presents the elements and factors in managing a school to be a happy organization according to the definition of happiness in Buddhism, which consists of comfort, pleasure, physical and mental happiness or physical happiness and mental happiness, by emphasizing the determination of elements and factors in a happy organization, starting from the executives, which is an important starting point in determining the elements and factors in managing a happy organization. “Happy people (Happy People), a pleasant workplace (Happy Home), a harmonious community (Happy Teamwork)” The organization through the mechanism of managing a happy organization, starting from the process of integrating participation within the organization in all sectors, based on happiness from work. Elements and factors in school management to become a happy organization include: 1) Mental happiness 2) Social happiness 3) Financial happiness 4) Brain happiness 5) Family happiness 6) Physical happiness 7) Happiness from observing the rules 8) Happiness from cooperation of parents and community 9) Happiness from relaxation 10) Happiness from good materials and equipment 11) Happiness from safety of life and property 12) Cultural happiness 13) Happiness from good environment 14) Happiness from positive thinking 15) Happiness from management policy 16) Happiness from school welfare Conclusion: These elements and factors can be used as guidelines for management in order to raise the efficiency of operations to achieve the goals set on the basis of happiness that everyone desires. On the basis of participation between personnel in every sector and organization.
