บทคัดย่อ

    กลยุทธ์การสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนเทศบาลตำบลสันมหาพน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหา ความต้องการ ในการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนเทศบาลตำบลสันมหาพน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2) สร้างกลยุทธ์การสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนเทศบาลตำบลสันมหาพน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 3) ประเมินผลกลยุทธ์ การสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนเทศบาลตำบลสันมหาพน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประชากรได้แก่ผู้บริหาร ครู โรงเรียนเทศบาลตำบลสันมหาพน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 29 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม และแบบประเมินกลยุทธ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปโดยใช้ค่าสถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและเขียนบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา 
    ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 
        1. สภาพปัญหาและความต้องการในการ สร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ของโรงเรียนเทศบาลตำบลสันมหาพน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยรวมพบว่ามีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก (x = 3.60, S.D. = .53)
        2. สร้างกลยุทธ์การสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนเทศบาลตำบลสันมหาพน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประกอบด้วย 1) SWOT Analysis 2) วิสัยทัศน์ 3) พันธกิจ 4) เป้าประสงค์ 5) กลยุทธ์ 
ซึ่งประกอบด้วย กลยุทธ์หลัก 5 ด้าน กลยุทธ์รอง 12 ด้าน
        3. ประเมินผลกลยุทธ์การสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนเทศบาลตำบลสันมหาพน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยผู้มีส่วนได้เสียและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ ในระดับมากที่สุด 

Abstract

    Strategy for creating a professional learning community of San Mahaphon Subdistrict Municipality School, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province The objectives are 1) to study the problems and needs in creating a professional learning community of San Mahaphon Subdistrict Municipality School, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province 2) to create strategies Creating a professional learning community of San Mahaphon Subdistrict Municipality School, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province 3) To evaluate the strategy for creating a professional learning community of San Mahaphon Subdistrict Municipality School, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. The population consisted of administrators and teachers of San Mahaphon Subdistrict Municipality School, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province, totaling 29 people. The tools used to collect data included questionnaires, group discussion recording forms and strategy evaluation form. Quantitative data were analyzed with ready - made computer programs using statistics, percentages, averages, and standard deviations. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis and writing descriptive narratives. 
    The results of the research can be summarized as follows.
        1. Problems and needs Create a professional learning community of San Mahaphon Subdistrict Municipality School, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province Overall, it was found that there were problems at a high level (x = 3.60, S.D. = .53).
        2. Create a strategy for creating a professional learning community of San Mahaphon Subdistrict Municipality School, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province, consisting of 1) SWOT Analysis 2) Vision 3) Mission 4) Objectives 5) Strategy, which consists of 5 main strategies. 12 - sided secondary strategy.
        3. Evaluate the strategy for creating a professional learning community of San Mahaphon Subdistrict Municipality School, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. By stakeholders and experts There are results of evaluating suitability and feasibility. at the highest level.
