บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการบนหลักความไว้วางใจ     และ 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการบนหลักความไว้วางใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้วิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูสังกัดโรงเรียนดอนเมืองทหารอากาศบำรุง โรงเรียนสีกัน (วัฒนานันท์อุปถัมภ์) และโรงเรียนดอนเมืองจาตุรจินดา โดยกำหนดตามตารางสำเร็จของ Krejcie and Morgan จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) จำนวนทั้งหมด 162 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (แบบตอบสนองคู่) มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง IOC อยู่ระหว่าง 0.60 – 1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.975 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามสภาพพึงประสงค์เท่ากับ 0.985 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ดัชนีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 
        1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารงานวิชาการบนหลักความไว้วางใจ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการรับรู้ได้ถึงความปรารถนาดี (x  = 3.480, S.D. = 0.816) 
และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด (x  = 3.290, S.D. = 0.880) คือ ด้านความรู้สึกว่าพึ่งพาได้ ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการบนหลักความไว้วางใจ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความรู้สึกถึงความเปิดเผยจริงใจ (x  = 4.429, S.D. = 0.764) และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านความเชื่อมั่นต่อความสามารถ (x  = 4.389, S.D. = 0.795) การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการบนหลักความไว้วางใจ พบว่า ด้านที่มีดัชนีความจำเป็นสูงสุด คือ ด้านความรู้สึกพึ่งพาได้ (PNI_Modified =  0.339) รองลงมา คือ ด้านความเชื่อมั่นต่อความสามารถ (PNIModified =  0.305) และ ด้านที่มีดัชนีความจำเป็นต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการรับรู้ได้ถึงความปรารถนาดี (PNI_Modified = 0.269) และลำดับความสำคัญของขอบข่ายงานวิชาการที่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้องพัฒนาบนหลักความไว้วางใจ โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามให้ความสำคัญลำดับที่ 1 คือ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร 
        2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการบนหลักความไว้วางใจ พบว่า มีแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการบนหลักความไว้วางใจที่มีค่าความถี่สูงสุดเท่ากัน 2 แนวทาง คือ (1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจ และอำนวยความสะดวกในการพัฒนางานวิชาการ และ (2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษารับฟัง ยอมรับความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนางานวิชาการโดยปราศจากอคติ

Abstract

    The objectives of this research were to investigate the current and desired conditions and needs of academic affairs administration based on the principles of trust, and study guidelines for upgrading the quality of academic affairs administration based on the principle of trust. The sample group for this study consisted of government teachers affiliated with Donmuang Taharnargardbumrung School, Seekan (Wattananunupathum) School, and Donmuang Chatuchinda School. The sample size of 162 individuals was determined using the table of Krejcie and Morgan (1970) and selected through simple random sampling. The tool used for data collection was a 5-level rating scale (dual response) questionnaire with an IOC consistency index between 0.60 - 1.00. The questionnaire demonstrated acceptable reliability for the current conditions with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.975, and also for the desirable conditions with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.985. The data were analyzed and presented in various forms including frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI_Modified).
    The research findings indicated that 
        1. The current conditions of academic affairs administration in terms of overall trust was at a moderate level. When considering specific aspects, the highest average score was in the perception of good intentions (x  = 3.480, S.D. = 0.816), while the lowest average score (x  = 3.290, S.D. = 0.880) was in the feeling of dependence. The desired conditions of academic affairs administration in terms of trust was at a high level overall. When considering specific aspects, the highest average score was in the feeling of experiencing genuine openness (x  = 4.429, S.D. = 0.764), while the lowest average score was in confidence in abilities (x  = 4.389, S.D. = 0.795). The analysis of the necessary requirements for academic affairs administration based on trust reveals that the aspect with the highest priority needs index is the feeling of dependence (PNIModified = 0.339). Following that was confidence in abilities (PNI_Modified = 0.305), while the aspect with the lowest priority needs index was the perception of good intentions (PNI_Modified = 0.269). The prioritized importance and sequence of the academic work framework that school administrators needed to develop based on trust, as indicated by respondents with the highest ranking, placed curriculum development as the top priority (Rank 1). In the context of guidelines development for academic affairs administration based on trust, there was consensus among respondents on development strategies. 
        2. The two strategies with the highest frequency were as follows: (1) School administrators should enhance motivation and facilitate the development of academic work, and (2) School administrators should listen, accept feedback, and consider suggestions for academic development without bias.
