บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนราชวินิต 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนราชวินิต และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนราชวินิต งานวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือกับครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนราชวินิต จำนวน 143 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 3 ท่าน นำเนื้อหาที่ได้มาตรวจสอบเชิงเนื้อหาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อสร้างแนวทางการส่งเสริมระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนราชวินิต
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 
        1. ระดับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนราชวินิต อยู่ในระดับมาก 
        2. ผลการวิเคราะห์ค่าสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สันระหว่างการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนราชวินิต พบความสัมพันธ์จำนวน 9 คู่ ได้แก่ 1) ระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก
ในระดับสูงกับการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา 2) ระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน 3) การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล 4) การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับปานกลางกับด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล 5) ระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการส่งต่อนักเรียน 6) การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับต่ำกับการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน 7) การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับต่ำกับการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน  8) การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับต่ำกับการคัดกรองนักเรียน  และ 9) การส่งต่อนักเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบในระดับต่ำกับการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล และ
        3. แนวทางทางการส่งเสริมระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน จำนวน 5 ด้าน 16 แนวทาง 
 

Abstract

    The objective of this research were 1) to study the Rachawinit School student care system under the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area office, 2) to study the relationship between the Rachawinit School student care system, and 3) to study guidelines for promoting the Rachawinit School student care system. This research was mixed methods research, collecting quantitative data by questionnaire with teachers of Rachawinit School, totaling 143 people, in which the data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson product moment correlation, while qualitative data were collected by interviewing three key informants. Content examination was conducted through triangulation method, and then the data were analyzed to create guidelines for promoting the Rachawinit School student care system.
    The research found that 
        1. The Rachawinit School student care system was at a high level. 
        2. The results of Pearson correlation analysis during the operation of the Rachawinit School student care system revealed four pairs of relationships: 1) Student care system had a high positive relationship with prevention and problem - solving. 2) Student care system had a moderate positive relationship with student promotion and development. 3) Prevention and problem - solving had a moderate positive relationship with knowing students individually. 4) Prevention and problem - solving had a moderate positive relationship with knowing students individually. 5) Prevention and problem - solving had a moderate positive relationship with referring students. 6) Prevention and problem - solving had a low positive relationship with student promotion and development. 7) Prevention and problem - solving had a moderate positive relationship with student promotion and development. 8) Student care system had a moderate positive relationship with student screening. 9) Referring students had a low negative relationship with knowing students individually. Additionally 
        3. The guidelines for promoting the Rachawinit School student care system consisted of five dimensions with 16 guidelines.
