บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ตำแหน่งและวิทยฐานะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 306 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว 
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
        1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
        2. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์
การทำงาน ตำแหน่งและวิทยฐานะ โดยภาพรวมรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
 

Abstract

    The objectives of this study were to study Digital transformation leadership of school administrators under Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and comparing the Digital transformation leadership of school administrators under Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 when classified by educational qualifications, working experience and position and academic status of 306 teachers under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test, one - way ANOVA and comparative analysis using Scheffe's method.
    The research results are as follows:
        1. Digital transformation leadership of school administrators under Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, overall and each aspect is at the high level.
        2. Digital transformation leadership of school administrators according to the teacher's opinion classified by educational level overall, each aspect is different, statistically significant at the .05 and when classified by work experience, position and academic status each aspect is different as statistically significant at the .05.
