บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล และ 3) หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 270 คน ได้มาโดย การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนกระจายตามที่ตั้งของอำเภอเป็นหลัก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
    ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
        1. ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ การปรับตัวสู่ยุคดิจิทัล เครือข่ายความร่วมมือดิจิทัล วัฒนธรรมดิจิทัล วิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล ความรู้และทักษะดิจิทัล การจัดการดิจิทัล 
และกลยุทธ์เชิงดิจิทัล ตามลำดับ
        2. การบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของสถานศึกษา การบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ตามลำดับ
        3. ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ การจัดการดิจิทัล (X₃) การปรับตัวสู่ยุคดิจิทัล (X₆) วัฒนธรรมดิจิทัล (X₄) ความรู้และทักษะดิจิทัล (X₂) ส่งผลต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล (Y_tot) โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 85.40 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 สมการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย คือ Y ̂tot = 0.56 + 0.36 (X₃) + 0.15 (X₆) + 0.20 (X₄) + 0.15 (X₂)
 

Abstract

    The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the level of school administrator’s digital leadership; 2) study the level of school administration’s in the digital era; and 3) analyze school administrator’s digital leadership affecting school administration’s in the digital era. The sample was 270 teachers in the schools under the SuphanBuri Primary Education Service Area Office 2 derived by proportional stratified random sampling as distributed by district. The instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
    The findings of this research were as follows:
        1. Overall and in specific aspects, the digital leadership of school administrators was at a high level. The aspects were digital adaptation, digital collaboration networks, digital culture, digital vision, digital knowledge and skills, digital management, and digital strategy, respectively.
        2. Overall and in specific aspects, the school management in the digital age was at a high level. The aspects were the human resources development of the school, learning management, and learning management support, respectively.
        3. School administrators digital leadership in the aspects of digital management (X₃), adaptation to the digital era (X₆), digital culture (X₄), and digital knowledge and skills (X₂), together predicted the school administration’s in the digital era (Ytot) at the percentage of 85.40 with statistical significance level of .01. 
The regression equation was: Y ̂tot = 0.56 + 0.36 (X₃) + 0.15 (X₆) + 0.20 (X₄) + 0.15 (X₂)
