บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพความคิดเห็นต่อสมรรถนะของครูในกลุ่มเครือข่ายการศึกษาตำบลเม็งราย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เชียงราย เขต 4 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครู 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูในกลุ่มเครือข่ายการศึกษาตำบลเม็งราย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์และการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. สภาพความคิดเห็นต่อสมรรถนะของครูในกลุ่มเครือข่ายการศึกษาตำบลเม็งราย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. แนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครู ดังนี้ 1) การรู้ดิจิทัล 2) การใช้ดิจิทัล 3) การแก้ปัญหาด้วยเครื่องมือดิจิทัล และ 4) การปรับตัวสอดคล้องความเปลี่ยนแปลงดิจิทัล 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูในกลุ่มเครือข่ายการศึกษาตำบลเม็งราย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูมี 7 ขั้นตอน ดังต่อไปนี้ 1) สร้างความตระหนักในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ 2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสำรวจวิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหา 3) ร่วมกันวางแผนการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ 4) ดำเนินการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ 5) ครูนำองค์ความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ 6) การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับเพื่อนครู ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และผู้เชี่ยวชาญภายใต้บรรยากาศการสื่อสารที่สร้างสรรค์ 7) การประเมินผลและสะท้อนผลการพัฒนา

Abstract

This independent study The objectives were 1) To study the teacher’s opinions on the academic management competencies of the teachers in the Mengrai Subdistrict Educational Network Group of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 2) To study the best practices in developing teachers' digital competencies. 3) To construct a teacher’s digital literacy development plan in the Subdistrict Educational Network Group of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The research instruments included a questionnaire, interview and focus group. The data were statistically, frequencies, means, and standard deviation, and analyze content data. The results of the study indicated that ; 1. Condition of opinions on teachers' competency in the Mengrai Subdistrict Educational Network Group of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 were found that the overall level was at a high level. 2. The best practices for developing teachers' digital competencies as follows: 1) Digital literacy 2) Using digital, 3) Solving problems with digital tools, and 4) Adapting to digital change. 3. Guidelines for developing digital competencies of teachers in the Mengrai Subdistrict Educational Network Group of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 found that Developing teachers' digital competency has 7 steps as follows. 1) Create awareness of competency development. 2) School administrators survey and analyze current conditions and problems 3) Work together for contract a teacher’s digital literacy.4) Development plan 5) The teachers can apply knowledge 6) Exchanging knowledge with fellow teachers Educational institution administrators and experts in a creative communication atmosphere. 7) Evaluation and reflection of development results.
