บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนบ้านดอยคำ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 5 ด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ ประชากร คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ข้าราชการครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 93 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ แบบสังเกต และการสนทนากลุ่มวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  การบริหารงานอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนบ้านดอยคำ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 5 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก แนวทางการบริหารงานอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้คือ สถานศึกษาควรจัดทำแผนงาน แผนผัง และเอกสารคำแนะนำการใช้อาคารสถานที่ สร้างทีมงาน สร้างความตระหนักให้กับครู บุคลากร นักเรียนและชุมชนให้รักและมุ่งพัฒนาโรงเรียน มีการกำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบงานไว้อย่างชัดเจน มีการจัดเวรยามรักษาความปลอดภัย จัดแบ่งส่วนที่ใช้สำหรับการจัดการเรียนการสอน และส่วนที่ให้บริการแก่ชุมชน หน่วยงานภายนอก ให้ครู บุคลากร นักเรียนและชุมชนได้มีส่วนร่วมในการบำรุงรักษา ซ่อมแซมอาคารสถานที่ที่ชํารุด จัดให้มีถังดับเพลิงทุกอาคารเรียนพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ จัดสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนให้น่าเรียน ตกแต่งอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมให้ร่มรื่นมีสีสันสวยงาม มีสนามกีฬา มีอุปกรณ์ในการเล่นที่เพียงพอและปลอดภัย มีระบบการกําจัดของเสียให้ถูกสุขลักษณะ มีการนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตาม จัดเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการใช้อาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานให้ทุกฝ่ายได้รับทราบ และนําผลการประเมินการใช้อาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม มาแก้ไขปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นในปีถัดไป

Abstract

This research aimed to study the building and learning environment management and to study guidelines for the building and learning environment management of Ban Doi Kham School under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Area Office 5 through the operational research process. The population was 93 school administrators, teachers, educational personnel, school committees and parents. The tools used were questionnaires, observational workshops and group discussions. The data were analyzed by statistical methods of arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and content analysis. The results revealed that  The building and learning environment management of Ban Doi Kham School under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Area Office 5, in overall, was at a high level. The guidelines for the building and learning environment management were as follows; the school should prepare plans, building plans, and documents to guide the use of the building, create a team, raise awareness for teachers, personnel, students and the community to love and aim to develop the school. The responsible person should be clearly defined. There should be a guard arrangement for security. There should be the separate division used for teaching and service to the community and external agencies. Teachers, personnel, students, and the community should participate in the maintenance and repair of the building. The school building should be always equipped with fire extinguishers. The school should provide an environment in the school to be pleasant to study, decorate the building and environment to be shady, colorful, and beautiful. There should be a sports stadium with adequate and safe play equipment. There should be a system of waste disposal to be hygienic. There should be a supervision and monitoring, collect information on the use of buildings, facilities and the environment to prepare a report on the performance for all parties to acknowledge and evaluate the use of buildings and the environment to improve in the next year.
